I just had to write about my experience at DCO in Oakleigh South. The new owner Mina is so helpful and friendly and always explains any new medication to me. He is never in a rush when he attends to you and treats you like a VIP customer. I enjoy going to the pharmacy as it is like I’m going to see friends with Dora and Mina always smiling and greeting you and asking how you are.
Thank you guys for caring so much. In our busy world it’s rare to find such exceptional service.

I have love this pharmacy through three pharmacists, and all of them have been absolutely fantastic! Mina is a wonderful new addition at DCO South Oakleigh and I’m really happy that he’s come to assist us as a new pharmacist. Mina is very patient, kind, he explains everything in depth, and takes his cues from you as a patient. Mina takes a lot of time to memorise our names, our scrips, our different needs and I have a very complicated medical background and he’s always there for me and happy to order in any products that I need or would like, especially . Mina is also wonderful at price matching which when you’ve got numerous scrips, is wonderful to have. The girls are just magnificent: the beautiful Dora, Penelope, Stacey, always there and on hand to take all my things up to the front as I have trouble carrying myself, and they are just absolutely wonderful and have amazing knowledge of everything in the pharmacy . Apologies if I’ve missed anyone. I love the way you have transformed the shop into your own style Mina and it’s great that you’ve started to include things like hearing tests for your patients. From the minute I walk in the door and until the minute I get into my car I know that I’m going to be taken care of at Direct Chemist outlet-South Oakleigh.
I’f like to welcome Romy, our lovely new young Pharmacist . She’s going to be joining us I think on Thursdays and some other days of the week she’s just gorgeous and very enthusiastic and very very sweet so welcome Romy to the team at DCO South Oakleigh . I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this chemist and the wonderful staff to anyone who is looking for assistance with a of occasion or permanent Pharmacy. A pharmacy to be there for all your needs.. Great work team, you’re just fantastic!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Way more personable service than the other big competitors. Dee is really knowledgeable and yesterday assisted me with my strained lower back by referring me to a great physio and recommending the right meds for my specific injury. My favourite local chemist. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff is exceptional. Everyone from the owner down knows you by name!! The staff's seem to be custom trained to give NOTHING BUT ABSOLULTE SERVICE from recommending a great but lower priced moisturizer to carefully going through each script and it's potential watchouts and or benefits. They exemplify community and what it really means to be your neighbor!!

Friendly, professional and genuinely caring staff. Most important, they make you feel valued a customer in different ways and never try make things difficult or complicated, as other competitors have a tendency of doing so (a good example is that when you walk through the doors, a greeting with a smile and before you give them your prescription, they are on it and not wasting your time - as most of the time it's similar to the one you had before).

I could not recommend this chemist more highly. I moved to the Oakleigh South area recently, and was not terrible impressed with my first few pharmacy experiences in this area. Then I discovered this DCO and it is perhaps the best chemist I've ever been to. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, great with advice, and really personable. The customer service experience is consistently excellent, and the store itself is maintained to a fantastic standard. I couldn't recommend this pharmacy more highly - I am so glad to have come across it.

I am so pleased that Direct Chemist outlet has opened in this neighbourhood. What was a dull corner shop has now been replaced by the welcoming bright signage full of colour and it has definitely brought back some life. It is visible from a fair distance and well lit making it safe to enter through both entrances. The Chemist itself also looks amazing, setup brilliantly, spacious and pleasant. The staff are not only friendly but they go that extra mile to help out. Best customer service and great prices. Lets support our local community.

I was delighted when this pharmacy took over a building that had been left neglected for many, many months and turned it into the bright, welcoming place it is today. Previously it looked abandoned, with shattered glass doors; covered in tagging and graffiti. It was a total eyesore in this small shopping precinct. It has now been turned into something colourful and welcoming for the local community. Its outside now looks exactly the same as numerous other pharmacies in the vicinity and ensures traffic along a busy road notice it easily. The staff are lovely and they are a wonderful asset to the area. I wish them every success.
