Adara St Kilda

We booked in last minute and accidentally booked a queen room instead of a twin. The girl at reception was very generous and offered to remake the beds to suit us well past her closing time. Could not be more grateful, the room was also very clean and comfortable. Thankyou again :)

It's very nice. Very clean, spacious. They have reception. for 15 dollars you get a parking spot. In our 1 bedroom apartment we had a well equipped kitchen, washing machine. Comfortable bed. Lots of buses around, tram.

Have stayed here a few times now. The room is small clean and modern, I get a comfortable sleep, it's close to the city, the tram stop is very close by to go to the city and there is an Aldi store on the ground floor. It's always been well priced.

Great location with a supermarket literally downstairs as well as many places to grab a drink or meal within a few minutes walk. Room was spacious and more than adequate with full facilities if you were staying longer term. Even though it was a busy street, there was little to no street noise at night.

Good location with clean rooms. The staff were fantastic and helpful. Close to trams and restaurants. Secure parking was available at $15 which was reasonable given limited street parking. ALDI on the ground floor was convenient. Would stay again. Thank you Apartments Ink for a great stay :)

Stayed with my wife and kids on the weekend. The two bedroom apartments were spacious and clean. The quality and service of the staff is worth mentioning. Very friendly and helpful. Close to publish transport, restaurants and cafes. ALDI on the ground floor also very convenient. We had a good stay and will definitely return.

Great apartments. Very easy parking, nice accommodation. Clean and nice facilities. Had a supermarket within the building, thus easy access to shops for food. Would definitely recommend. Will stay again in future. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great value apartment for the price range, we only stayed here for a short one night visit. Was spacious and comfortable.
Check in was easy and efficient, the only issue was the lift can be slow at times.
Aldi supermarket downstairs was very convenient.
Easy walk to Chapel St bars like the Local Taphouse.

Much nicer room than I was expecting given the special rate that I booked at. The lady on check in, and check out was also fantastic, I should have written her name down. Warm welcome, always called you by your name, just did the little things that made it feel more personal, and didn't seem rehearsed. If you also needed to use public transport, has choices all within a few minutes walk.

The building is in a good location with several nearby restaurants and a grocery next door. Overall nothing fancy, but a reasonably clean entire apartment for $100 USD is a great value. Good bed and a quiet property.

The apartments were good. I loved my stay. The service and quality of the staff was exceptional. They had all the expected amenities for a serviced apartment. ALDI on the ground floor was a bonus. I would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.

This place is amazing, the apartments are really nice too. Amanda is incredibly helpful and will help with any questions you have. I'd give this place more stars if I could. I highly recommend this place, very family oriented too

The suite was very modern. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. The bedroom had a television on the wall and plenty of hanging space for our clothes.

An excellent facility that is clean, tidy, easily accessible and with excellent staff to look after you (thanks Amanda). Secure undercover parking available if required.
I only slept there, spending most of the day and evenings out with family in the Saint Kilda area, so chose a studio apartment that met my requirements. I was advised when booking and again when checking in that the studio apartments were small but I found it met my needs. Yes the room was small but had a king size bed, bar fridge, TV with Foxtel, huge bathroom and a private outdoor courtyard with table & chairs. I enjoyed my 3 night stay and will not hesitate to stay again next time I head back to Saint Kilda. I found it to be very quiet and slept very well. There are much larger 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with living areas and kitchens available that I’d recommend if staying for longer periods or with more people.

When I fly to Melbourne, I always stay at the Adara. It's got a great balance of location / price / comfort and the Inkerman nearby is just the kinda place I like to go for dinner.

This is a great place to stay with shops and transport just a short walk away. It is amazingly quiet inside the rooms. I have stayed here before and will return in the future.

Property is close to public transport and not far away from CBD. It is also maintained to an acceptable condition. No disturbance from other customers is also what I like at this property.

The bathroom was big and modern and had lighting over the mirror which was great. This hotel is very conveniently located next to Aldi

Stayed here on three occasions, great location, very friendly staff, nice view from balcony perfect for unwinding, great for weekend getaways.
