Quest St Kilda Bayside

We recently stayed here for our first time in Melbourne, the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, able to direct us where to go for transport and good food ect. Our 1 bedroom room was tidy and spacious for the 3 of us, we loved the little balcony and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us, we hope to be back soon.

Excellent 7 day stay ! I'll start by saying it's not super modern so if you're looking for that, this is not it. However for the price it's so spacious and everything is very comfortable and to have a kitchen , washing machine and dryer and small balcony it's a big yes from me. We had an executive 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the church. It is very spacious and quiet. When you close the blinds to sleep it's so dark so we had an incredible sleep every night. The reception staff are so friendly. The service and location made it wonderful for us. I'll definitely stay again.

Great location - close to shops, beach, restaurants, tram but tucked away so not on a noisy main road. Lovely room with good facilities. Handy to have washer / dryer in room. First time we've seen the in-room food service consisting of options from local restaurants which deliver to the reception - a good idea and cheaper than typical hotel prices. We had a nice view of the city from our room. A bit cold to try the pool so can't comment on that and a bit lazy to try the gym but I'm sure it would have been great.

Close to the beach. Safe parking and big rooms.

Another exceptional stay at the Quest. Staff are super welcoming and helpful. Apartment has everything you could need. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Units have washer and dryer in the unit which is great. Parking is onsite but can be a bit tight coming in and out. Clean and well prepared when we came in. One tip for booking is that you might get a cheaper if you book directly with them by ringing them up.

Great place to stay we have 2 full sized bedrooms a beautiful little kitchen stive6tope oven and dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Little balcony. It's not over the top price wise and great location. There is also a pool and gym we enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel as we had a group of 16 coming in from Sydney. It was perfect. Perfect rooms, perfect location and perfect stay! But honestly location location location! Everything was such a quick walk from the hotel. The beach, cafes, restaurants and Coles! The rooms we had were really spacious. We booked 2 bedroom apartments and they were just right for all of us. The rooms have their own kitchens as they don't really have a breakfast option works out as you can just cook it :) Definitely book this for families and groups. Staff were amazing too.

Stopped here for 2 nights, it's close to Fitzroy and Ackland Sts. Very quiet location considering its right in St Kilda you can walk to the restaurants and beach. On-site car parking was very handy and secure. Would highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at quest st kilda. The staff were friendly and the location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the beach and a number of shops and restaurants. The room was tidy and serviced daily except for on sundays. The pool was great but lacked being cleaned on the weekends.

VERY RECOMMENDED.I arranged a group of 9 girls to stay for 3 nights over the weekend in two x 2 bedroom apartments. The reception staff were excellent and very accomodating. We arranged Woolworths to deliver our groceries and they unpacked them for us so it was all there when we arrived. The rooms were clean, the reception was friendly. Even when we returned about midnight after dinner, the night staff popped their head out to say goodnight.
The only thing is that I would have liked the two rooms to be closer together, but it was no big deal.
The location of the hotel is convenient. It was two streets back from Luna Park and the trams to the city were very close. The area is good for restaurants, but the shopping is better in the city.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which felt like a proper apartment. Size was great, huge actually with a spacious balcony. We had room A20 if you want to request it. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Excellent home stay.

A walk from the bars, tram station and St. Kilda beach and 20-30 min away from MBD via tram. Went back and stayed here on three seperate trips. Love the location.

Rooms are neat and clean. I picked up one with seperate dining area. Flat screen TV, good WiFi, microwave, washer, dryer. There is large gym next to the beach and the manager helped me get a months subscription there.

Shopping & food just a few minutes walk.

I'm staying here as a guest of the Edithvale, Chelsea and Bon Beach level crossing removal project so I have not paid for this accommodation.

I am in a single bed room apartment with a fully functioning kitchen. The room is clean and comfortable. I cooked a few meals during my stay and got take away from some of businesses which are close by on Fitzroy and Ackland Streets.

The room has reverse cycle AC, a small TV which unfortunately can't decode MP4 broadcasts so you can't watch any full HD channels including SBS vice. There is also a DVD player.

Close proximity to St Kilda beach, Albert Park Lake and of course Fitzro Acland Streets just adds to the appeal.

Finally while I had a couple of minor issues during my stay the staff were very responsive and quick to resolve.

Very nice accommodation, relaxing, clean, and close to St Kilda beach with lots of cool places to eat. The pool is great for kids.

Everything works. Dated decor, small TV, not modern or stylish. But it has ALL the things I want, where I want them. Care has been taken with maintenance and cleaning. Lounge lamp, bedside lamps, dishwasher, full laundry, plenty of towels and soaps and flannels, full mirror, aircon. There's a Pen. There should Always be a Pen. Firm, comfortable bed with a selection of pillow textures including soft, firm, and most importantly flat- you magnificent people! Far enough from the beach bustle for sleeping. Two blocks from all the action, beach, markets, bars, restaurants and luna park are at your fingertips. Perfect location. Desk staff are friendly and personable. Three stories high, the outlook from level C rooms 1-10 is as pictured. The next bld is a private block of flats, theres some swaying pines, and some blue sky. Its by no means picturesque, but it feels private and peaceful. Thank you Quest, I feel right at home.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely and clean. Comfy bed, instant hit water. Reception very helpful. Nicely placed in St kilda, walk to everything. Would definately stay here again.

the house keeping did a wonderful job. there was a nice view out of the balcony. the rooms were nice as well. this was a great spot to stay. five stars!!!
