Quest Brighton on the Bay

After arriving back to my room late one night and misplacing my room code I rang the after hours number, The staff attended very quickly to get me into my room without any hassle at all. Rooms are tidy, well laid out with basic kitchen facilities. Location is fantastic, only half an hour to the city with plenty of local eateries, the beach and facilities nearby.

Very nice and friendly staff, stayed for one week and was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and cozy. And the best part was the location, as a business client it was really good stay. The housekeeping team serviced the apartment well. Overall a smooth stay

Last minute booking for an overnight stay. Good value room. Polite helpful staff. Easy secure parking for a reasonable rate. Very large room with great amenities. Very clean and good quality linen. I’d have preferred the option of a liquid body wash to the soap cakes. But that’s the only negative. Lots of positives. I’ll be back to stay here for sure.

It's an amazing place. I loved the ambience and hygiene. Such clean rooms and fragrance. Loved the gallery view. Location is just superb. Cosy place to enjoy! 🥰

Best Location for beach for small holidays. Church streets have many options for food. 1 bed room is specious and have a bath tub. but old style must need renovation. Reservation staff very lovely ang kind. Front desk Ahmed doing great job organised complementary parking. will be back :)

Very convenient location. Parking on site. Food delivery friendly, and staff were lovely.
Has a vending machine on site for those late night cravings and you can even buy a toothbrush & toothpaste kit from it if you forget yours.

I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment during the month of June, and I must say that the service, hotel, and staff were all of impeccable quality.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and quiet, parking was easy to access.

Room, service and location were all excellent … I was in room 004 it was lovely.

Excellent staff great customer service served by Manpreet ... cleaning is good also.

Always love staying here on business trips. Awesome coastal walk to cafe's. Literally amazing views just across the road.

So comfortable. Roger at the front desk a delight and made the check in process quite fun. Comfortable room and very quiet from traffic noise. Such a bonus to book this stay for the new year's eve and have somewhere quiet to recover in. Shall be back one day

Lovely little hotel right on the Esplanade but not noisy at all. Room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly. Pity we could not really open the fridge as the door did not go past the side table. We had a small issue with the TV as well. But overall a good hotel to stay at for a couple of nights. Even had a little balcony but the Melbourne weather was not too kind to us that weekend so we did not get to use it.

I recently stayed at the Quest for a couple of nights and I have to say Robert and Kathleen were so welcoming from the moment I arrived. The beach is directly across the road and it’s so beautiful. I highly recommend Quest Brighton to anyone. I’ll be back again soon!

Have stayed here for work a few times great room, service was fantastic. Car park was easy.
Close to all the shops you need.
Used the gym across the road as part of my stay.
Close to the beach for an early morning walk which was great.
The restaurant down stairs for breakfast was delicious.
Highly recommend.

Superb first contact by phone, excellent check in, professional, friendly and beautifully appointed rooms. Great colour scheme, clean, comfortable, simply a great stay.

Our family was relocating to Brisbane during the middle of the stage 4 restrictions in Victoria. With all the state restrictions, moving, and our two children we were stressed and tired. Roberts kind and general manner put us at ease. He found an accommodation that would work for our family of four and helped us feel welcome and at home. He was a breath of fresh air and calmness to our chaos. Even when our flight wasn’t scheduled until later in the afternoon we weren’t sure where we could go. The state restrictions during stage four in Victoria are such that we’re only allowed out of our home for one hour. Robert scheduled the cleaners to come later in the afternoon allowing us to stay a little longer without having to purchase another evening or head to the airport with two small children for 6 hours. This act of kindness was just what our family needed before our long journey. Thank you Robert! We hope you know how much we appreciate you and the kindness you showed our family.

Robert was extremely helpful. First of all, google MAPS sent me to the wrong address and when I called Robert guided me. Upon arrival he greeted me and offered to drop my bags and take my car to secure parking as I was running late for a business dinner. Thank you Robert

Absolutely beautiful place. Staff are very welcoming. And are extremely helpful. Lovely to see warm smiles so if I had 6stars I would rate 10 star rating. Definitely a place to relax. Awesome location.
