My 2 year old decided to have a melt down for half of the session and she still captured some beautiful images. I'm absolutely in love with my photos. I highly recommend Jess! Winning a photoshoot with her introduced me to her incredible talent. Jess was exceptionally patient and intentional with my two young daughters, allowing the session to flow naturally and never feel rushed. She created magic while making us feel like we were hanging out with an old friend. I now have stunning family photos that I'm forever incredibly thankful for.

I’ve been lucky enough to have Jess photograph some special moments including an engagement and a maternity shoot. As someone who doesn’t particularly enjoy or feel comfortable in front of the camera, Jess makes it feel easy. AMAZING!! Jess has been our photographer for 4+ years. We have had family photos, maternity, Mother’s Day sessions, Mum and me sessions, 1st birthday, my absolute favourite self empowerment lingerie session and we are booked for an anniversary session in coming weeks. Jess is a very talented photographer and we have not been disappointed with any of our photos, she captures the raw moments effortlessly as well as the beautiful posed photos. She builds relationships with the kids and creates a safe atmosphere for them to express their individual personalities and it shows through the photos. My girls look forward to photo sessions with her and we highly recommend for any photo sessions.

I booked in with Jess from Myrtle and May photography for a motherhood shoot. I wanted to capture some close, connected and authentic moments between my three children and myself before they get much bigger.
I was a bit nervous as we hadn't had a photoshoot since my 6 year old was a newborn.
I had absolute no need to worry! Jess was amazing and she just connected with my children and treated them with such respect and patience. I have some beautiful memories on my wall that I will forever cherish and I am forever grateful to Jess for making my feel like a queen, and capturing such beautiful moments between me and my not so little babies anymore.

We had our maternity shoot with Jess a couple of weeks ago and it was the best experience! We weren’t going to do any photos as we aren’t very confident in front of the camera but Jess made us feel so comfortable and we had such a good time. She is open, funny, warm and incredibly talented and we have the most beautiful photos we can keep forever!

I have been following Myrtle and May for quite some time but had decided against purchasing a maternity shoot as I am SO awkward infront of a camera. I was lucky enough to have a Maternity session with Jess gifted to me and the experience was so lovely and the pictures incredible!! So natural- not awkward at all, even getting some nude ones was on my wish list pending my comfort levels and those pictures are my favourite 😍 Jess is so professional and makes you feel so at ease my insecurities were totally forgotten. I know I will have more sessions with Jess in the future, definetly a worthy investment to having such beautiful memories for a lifetime.
