APPALLING!!!
Called Eaglehawk Medical Group to ask if they were taking new patients. Reception staff pleasant but informed me the only way to register with a Dr or at the practice is to submit your personal health history and a doctor would decide whether to take you on as a patient or not! Appalling! Unethical, non-confidential and possibly even illegal. Disgusted this is the way they choose patients

I have booked appointments so many times and they have the same excuse that the doctor is running late. Cause of this I have missed my bus and haven’t been able to reach home for hours because it is in a far area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! They give the worst service ever.

U can wait for 2 hrs than Doctors have u in and out in 5min. Never listen. Receptionist are rude as hell over the phone worst at the desk.

Rang there today to get an appointment as ive been there a few times before but was told im not a patient there and was seen before because i was visiting, well the receptionist was utterly rude (Janine ) even when i told her how much pain i was in she just said sorry cant help you , im an elderly lady so how on earth do you treat someone like that ...utterly disgusted. Ive never known a receptionist to be so dam rude and dismiss me like she did...
