City Holden Main Service Dept - Mile End South

So these guys go above and beyond to make your experience the best - recent service was executed faultlessly, however a few days later this funny noise had crept in when running the fan.
I went back at 430 on a Friday night unannounced and my guy firstly remembered me, then jumped into my car to have a listen and quickly diagnosed it as leaves inside the fan unit.
He meticulously pulled each dried leaf out, but 10 mins later it was purring again - big smiles, a laugh, and we were both ready for the weekend feeling good about what just happened.

These people are fantastic. They are always there with a solution, and nothing is ever a problem. A great customer lounge and I find the prices are always great. The replacement on a dodgy airbag seems to be going like it is so easy, while I hang out and drink coffee.

Dropped off my KIA at 07:30 for 24 mth. fixed price service. Phone call to say car was ready at 11:15. Have the option of loan car and car wash, did not take either, but may opt for car wash next time. Luke received and dispatched car, everything explained, helpful and courteous, other staff also very good. Clean and very tidy workshop. Happy. Back next year.

Didn't conduct any business but reception was polite. The mechanical service was busy but had a prompt call back.
Mechanic was not able to help with my problem but was courteous and informative on who could help me.

Best place in Adelaide to buy your Holden - wouldn't dream of buying a car anywhere else without seeing Gina Brown first! She's honest and a Holden-smith and genuinely loves what she's doing! Great!

I have been having both my cars serviced here for a while after having major problems at another dealer. The service team are professional and friendly. The standard of work done on my cars has always left me satisfied. As an added bonus, they are an RAA approved repairer. After previous experiences I have had, that is an essential thing for me now to choose who is looking after my cars. I will definitely be returning there when my next service is due.

COLORADO Steering locked/ lgnition locked. So flat bed to Mile End.
Possible delay of 1 week. Vehicle inspected next day and Fixed. New ignition Barrel under EXTENDED WARRANTY. EXCELLENT. THANKS GUYS. Rob Snell
