I received a gift voucher for an overnight stay with Cosy Tents. I must admit I was a little unsure but it exceeded my expectations!
The online booking process was a breeze and checking in was easy!
The tent was rather hot on checking in at 3pm…possibly the hottest part of the day!
But it cooled down almost instantly as the sun went down.
All the facilities were spotless and maintained perfectly.
Next morning our breakfast box was amazing. Everything was fresh and the Presentation was just awesome!
Highly recommend this for that totally relaxing getaway where you need to do absolutely nothing!
Thank you Cosy Tents!

We have just spent 2 wonderful nights at Cosy Tents. Jared and his staff were amazing. The facilities are fantastic, clean and well thought out. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, well stocked and nothing was needed to bring.
Our tent was spacious, very comfortable and warm, without even having the fire on due to the season.
Highly recommend Cosy Tents for a great relaxing time away. We shall be back !

ABSOLUTELY GO! Amazing place, super clean, facilities are amazing. If you are wanting to use the fire place inside the tent, they are only in use in the winter months however outside fire pits are all year round. I went here for my wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back. 10 min drive from Daylesford Main Street I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay. A M A Z I N G

Can’t speak highly enough of the over and above experience my husband and I had with Cozy Tents. Our kids gave us a nights accommodation as a Christmas gift in 2019 - right before COVID. With the pandemic and many other personal circumstances we never got to use our voucher. On a whim I contacted Cozy tents to ask if there was any possibility we could still redeem some or all of our kids gift voucher. To our absolute delight the managers were so wonderful in honouring it and encouraged us to book a night. Their communication through the booking phase, prior to arrival and post stay is outstanding.

Our overnight stay was fabulous - even though it rained all through the night and into the morning! The tent itself, the decor and what’s in it are all very well thought through. The bed is really comfy and the linens were of a nice quality. The communal bathrooms were very clean and well appointed as too are the outdoor kitchens.

The peace and tranquillity, together with an abundance of wildlife made for a relaxing start to our little late in the week getaway.

We stayed in the A-frame cabin for new year’s weekend, and had the most amazing experience! Facilities were clean, vibes were friendly, and most of everything you might need is included. Highly recommend!

Ultra modern A Frame cabins (tents looked amazing too). Well maintained grounds, fireplaces etc. Spaced apart nicely too so you don't feel cramped. Not too far from Melbourne, easy to find and a stones throw from Castlemaine and Daylesford. Will definitely be coming back.

🏕🏕🏕🏕🏕 AN AMAZING OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE

Wow - we were amazed with this place. From the welcoming reception to the clean and modern bathrooms and kitchen to the firepits provided, we could not have asked for anything more. Whilst a little pricey at $385 per night, it is seriously worth considering if you love the outdoors but don’t want the stresses of camping!

Our favourite was the outdoor kitchen and firepit area which felt very homey and welcoming - we would do this again

What an experience, absolutely fabulous!
Tents were so cosy but spacious and the log fire in your tent was perfect.
Comfy beds, crispy white sheets and appropriate furnishings. Toilets, showers so clean. The 2 camp kitchens, so well equipped with everything you need.
The firepits were just perfect.
Met some lovely people, friendly Manager.
Attention to detail was spot on.
I don't camp but this was perfect.

Stayed here this weekend with my partner and it was absolutely fabulous. From the arrival, to the champagne, chocolates and cheese board and the little touches like the happy anniversary sign, it was worth every dollar that was spent. We stayed in the Cardigan tent and it had everything you needed for a nights stay. The bathroom and toilets were really clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful. Out of the whole weekend we only had one tiny negative and that was the breakfast, for the money, it wasn’t the greatest value, however if that’s the only negative for a whole weekend then it’s not that big of a deal but still worth mentioning. Thanks for a great evening away in nature.

I don't know how staying there is coz I haven't gone there yet. But I feel obligated to put a review on their staff. The lady who picked up the phone was super friendly and patient and answered all my questions very clearly. Loved the communication

Located in Daylesford.

I have been here multiple times, they have upgraded the fireplace stoves in the tents and the kitchen space is much bigger, modernised, and under cover.

It was a nice trip out to Daylesford, a change of scenery with fresh air away from the busy city life. A much needed break.

The place provides some basic kitchen essentials such as:

🍽 - Plates, forks, knives, spoons, cups, pans, BBQ stove and fire stove to cook over.
- Cooking oil, salt & pepper.

No fridge on site, they provide esky coolers in the tent. I would highly recommend buying ice or cold packs if you plan on cooking dinner there. Otherwise town is roughly 20 minutes away. During winter, you can leave the esky outside if you need to keep produce cold.

They used to provide milk and juice, but this time round there were none provided.

Enjoyed the fireplace provided in the kitchen areas and the firepit plus inside the tents. Plenty of starter woods provided and extra in the main kitchen area to grab if required more throughout the night.

3 × toilets
2 x Shower rooms with toilets inside as well.

This camp-site is more for couples as no children are allowed. Each tent only fits 2 adults.

Highly recommend for a getaway. Will be back again :).

What a memorable experience. We could not fault our stay. Beautiful surroundings, kangaroos, native birds, etc. Immaculate, clean and spacious facilities. We ordered the breakfast box and the wine cheese box they were just perfect. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend booking two nights - perfect. Thank you Cosy Tents. We have stayed here several times and enjoy it each and every time. We usually stay in one of the luxe tents, which are spacious, modern and cosy with a coonara to stay toasty warm on cold nights. Usb chargers, board games, blankets, hot water bottles and an esky provided. The A-Frame cabins are lovely too. A communal camp kitchen and dining area and a lounge area with a pot belly fire. Modern toilets and shower block with nice amenities. See the local kangaroos, cows and enjoy the natural surroundings. The owners and staff are super lovely and welcoming.

Super location. Fantastic experience. Stayed for a night. The wine and cheese platter had ample of grapes, cheese .
The night sky is something not to be missed. The fireplace done in the evening was too good, and we could see Kangaroos roaming around while we were enjoying our wine. Kyle at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The brekie box in the morning had everything u need to start ur day. The tent we booked was spacious and well equipped. Only suggestion is you can carry ur own quilt or blankets. The restroom were well kept. Overall highly recommended.

The team were excellent; check in was really easy, ammenities were clean and easily accessible. Everything was provided for a fire which was more than ample to stay warm. We ordered the breakfast box which good quality and more than we could finish ourselves. The owners have really thought about the detail and have catered for everything you’d want/expect from a camping experience. Definitely plan to be back!

Cosy tents is an amazing place to spend the night cause of the unique experience of falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of animals as well us being completely off the grid. Totally recommend if you're looking for a peaceful getaway from a busy life.

Forced Relaxation! We received this as a gift certificate and did our research before we went, we were prepared!
The hosts were great to deal with, accomodating, nothing was to hard.
The bush setting was serene.
No organised activities or tvs so be prepared to enjoy each other’s company.
We took an Engle with drinks, salad and steak for the bbq.
Breakfast box was yum .
The only thing I wish I had that o didn’t was a deck of cards.
If you have no plans for the area one night is enough, but if your planning a day out in between you could go two.
Would organise a few couples if I was to go again.
We are ‘real campers’ so value for money could be weighed up to a standard bush trip, but the ammenities were great and clean enough to lick;)

What an absolutely magical experience this was! Could not give this place a higher recommendation. The tents are a great size, the bed was super comfy, and the FIREPLACE OMG what a game changer that was during the cold weekend my wife and I stayed there. A fireplace in a tent with fully stocked wood, what an amazing concept. Simply laying in bed watching a roaring fire while you are in a TENT on a cold night is worth the price of admission alone.

The facilities are in top notch condition, the shared social space has a very inviting feeling to it, and the little huts with deck chairs near the creek are super cute.

The sounds you'll hear from mother nature while staying here will range from hundreds of singing birds, to countless frogs ribbiting at night, to the occasional cow or bull screaming their head off in the distance, and it adds so much charm to this place.

If you are looking for something different, you don't mind the outdoors, but aren't the biggest fan of camping, then you need to stay at Cosy Tents. It's that simple, really.

At night the starry sky and just the noise of nature make a perfect environment to rest.
Even on a very cold night the fireplace makes the tent very cozy.
A perfect place for a romantic night and a good rest.
