We purchased a leather desk chair today. Luisa was the salesperson at Clifton Hill. She was so good to deal with over the phone and in-store. A pleasant shopping experience!

Huge shutout to after purchase customer service, specifically Nathan from Clifton Hill store.

After a crack appeared in my fireclay farmhouse sink he moved heaven and earth to arrange a replacement within hours of my first enquiry.
On top of his incredible understanding of our situation, he was all about working out a solution that worked. His advice on removal and reinstallation of the new sink has been invaluable. His communication skills made the process seamless.

He has completely restored my faith in Customer Service and I'll definitely be coming back to Schots again based on this alone.

I previously had issues with some delivery of items I had ordered however once contacted by the store manager, Nancy, could not have been more happy with her service.

Thanks Nancy for your considered reply. I was frustrated that a work around initially could not be facilitated to have the second ordered delivered with the first considering the short time between both orders. Thanks again.

The measure of a company is how they deal with issues. One of my benches arrived slightly damaged. So happy that I contacted the company. Brilliant customer service. I received both grace, kindness and action with my concern. Very happy with the company and staff.

Ordered an item online that did not turn up quite how i expected, however their service cannot be faulted, my query was responded to very quickly and pleasantly by Nathan and Suzanne. I also received the refund just as promptly. Will definitely shop here again, thanks guys!

Beautiful shop but the customer service is definitely not up to the level.
I bought a floor lamp from the store and asked for testing it before I took home (told the floor staff that I live 40 km away from the store). He assured it’d work as it's new; unfortunately, I got a crystal ball.
Called the store the next day, they were not willing to listen or help, just told me to go back to the shop for exchange/refund or email the customer service team.
Very disappointed with the store staff, didn’t even attempt to help or willing to go extra mile for customers.

Lisa is incredibly attentive, amazing, and authentic. She continues to go above and beyond for all of my requests and I look forward to coming in store to work with her regularly. 😊.

Madeline was so helpful. I had been looking for a vanity for a bathroom rennovation that I am completing in Albury. Maddi was able to help me with pricing and the fastest option for delivery to ensure it go to the job site on time.

I first read about Schot’s Emporium through the 12/2/23 edition of the Sunday Mail in Adelaide. I browsed their lighting catalogue the same evening, found the light I’d been searching for for over three years and ordered it.
I was thrilled to receive it today, 15/2/23!! So impressed by the efficiency of Schot’s and Direct Freight Express - many thanks!

We are so pleased with all our new door hardware, they look amazing and the quality is excellent. Catherine couldn’t have been more helpful or patient as we changed our minds about numbers required. She did advise possible delays with current Australia Post staffing issues, but the order was dispatched and received in good time. Thanks for your help Catherine💐

Knock Knock. Who's there? - Amazing customer service. Wow..where do I start!? I have never experienced customer service quite like I have at Schots in Clifton Hill. I recently visited for the first time in desperate need of some escutcheon's. I was in a mad rush and wasn't sure where to look until I was greeted by the lovely Nicole who showed me the way. She was very informative about the product and guided me through the whole process! I left with not only my escutcheon's but also a new lease on life. Thank you Schots and thank you Nicole! I'll definitely be back to check out the rest of your range.

I absolutely love my new Harley recliner! Exactly what I was looking for. I ordered it late on Friday and it arrived on Wednesday. Mark went above and beyond helping me with my purchase and was very patient with my many phone calls. It was my first time dealing with Schots and it won't be my last. Highly recommend!

As an Interior Designer I have relied on Schots for many of my projects. The professional assistance that is provided from ordering through to pick up has exceeded my expectations every time. Catherine has helped me on many occasions and her response to my queries are prompt and accurate. Schots is my go to store for every project as the selection of products is of great quality, diverse and simply stunning. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to the store today to get a new handle and backplate for our door. Unfortunately, those that might have matched would've taken too long to get to us and the need was more immediate. Therefore we decided to fix the existing handle. Oscar was very accommodating and managed to fix it. Nothing was too much trouble for him and provided us an interim solution until we decide to change the complete system.
