Nice apartments

The apartment itself was fine. Nicely stocked with pots, dishes, utensils etc. Everything you need for a stay 2 night stay - doing self catering. However, we encountered a couple of issues while there and no one would respond. Called all the contact numbers I had, left messages and no response. Thek biggest issue was that the underground carpark remote stop working. Just as well we were outside the carpark and could not get back in. If we had been in the carpark we would have been stuck completely - unable to go to our appointments or even checkout to go home. Yet - no one responded.

Be aware they will try to ripe you off. I booked 2 weeks with them and I called to ask about canceling the booking after staying for a couple of days they said its ok and they will refund me the rest of my money for the remaining days but after doing so they changed what they said and took a cancellation fee of one day and increased the rate of one night stay and added a card surcharge!. BE CAREFUL.

I would serious think hard choosing this place firstly bond price a disgrace and don't get it back secondly noisy all night I stayed drag racing outside lastly I wouldn't call it superior apartments and new dodgy door and dints and check in was kindergarten standard u think was a telecommunication scam never again save ur money u never get ur bond back
