Baby Mode

My husband and I went to Baby Mode last month and just wanted to thank the wonderful staff there. Anna was beyond lovely, honest, and really took her time to explain the different prams and car seats to us and answered all our questions/ concerns (even about general baby stuff). Dani and David were also really nice and helpful too. Apart from the amazing service, this store has a huge range of products from prams (too many to count... with the added dilemma of having to pick a colour you like as I did... spent hours), car seats, a good range of baby cots, and baby clothes/ products overall. Highly recommend checking out this store. Thank you again Anna and staff :)

The team at Baby Mode are just wonderful. A small business who pack a punch with their customer service and willingness to help. Although their range aren’t as big as other big named stores, but their product knowledge and willingness to engage with their customers is top notch. We have visited Baby Mode on several occasions to have our baby car seats professionally cleaned, installed and re-installed. Each time we’ve dealt with Gus and he has been amazing and takes the time to explain to us what he has done, how to operate our seats and the thousands of straps etc safely. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

Amazing customer service at Baby Mode from all the staff. I hired a capsule car seat for 4 months and have just now had a convertible seat installed. The whole process was seamless and not once did anyone try and upsell me which is something I really appreciate. The installation was quick and I was shown how everything works. I’m telling all my new parent friends to avoid the bigger stores and come here!

Paid for a car seat installation on the 16th of December and was blown away by the level of knowledge and care that the technician had. He was a legend and absolutely wonderful with our 2 year old. Have used the government subsidized program before and was very disappointed. If you want it done properly with staff who care and know exactly what they’re doing then I highly recommend booking in at Baby Mode.

We had a fantastic experience from both Nina and Ruth, who talked us through the best pram and capsule combinations for our impending new arrival. We had been to some other stores for some initial research in the local area and happened across Baby Mode as they stocked both of the brands we shortlisted. Needless to say we'll be heading back to purchase the other items we need in future. Very fairly priced and excellent service from all of the team members we met and spoke with while there.

Fantastic store with great pram range! Much better than some other large stores around Melbourne and the service is 100 times better! Ruth is amazing and spent so much time with us explaining everything. We purchased the uppababy vista package, bassinet and a capsule with great discounts. Also love how you have a car seat/capsule fitting service it’s just fantastic thanks so much!

I came into the Baby Mode store last week. Maja helped me to choose the Pria LX G-Cell for my baby which I purchased through the Baby Mode website online. She was so helpful and so informative. Very friendly and did their best to fit me in to install a baby seat. Also great choice of strollers at all prices.

Ordered a Boori cot on Friday morning and it arrived at my house in SA on Monday (!). Much faster + cheaper than other competitors, even with freight included.

Always experience fantastic customer service when we come to the store. Staff are willing to really take the time to answer any questions. After service has been great too.

If you haven’t yet ventured to Baby Mode because you think the big, well known baby stores will have everything you need, I urge you to give this store a go. I was in the hunt for a new car seat and was immediately impressed by the service. David walked me through all the options, took the time to demonstrate how the straps work and showed genuine respect and kindness to other customers who had questions. The following day I went back to purchase (even though I had a voucher to another baby store) because David and the team deserved my business. Ruth was wonderful in getting the seat from the storeroom and again going through how the seat worked. The store is clean and has plenty of options but it’s the staff which makes this place a special one.

This is always our go to place for things we to purchase for our small children. We recently purchased to child seats and had the installations done here as well. They have excellent customer service. They are always very friendly and helpful and there is a warm and positive vibe in the store. I do recommend baby mode to others.

It’s extremely refreshing to walk into this store, the service is personalised and every aspect of your pregnancy is celebrated and memorised to ensure you’re getting what you need for your growing family, we have used baby mode for our twins since I was 7 weeks pregnant and will continue to return here, we have purchased our cots, change table/dresser and double stroller from here alongside a lot of different smaller items and essentials, it’s just a comfortable place to shop, extra shout out to the staff who make the place exactly what it is! Amazing service here! After searching for baby car seats and dreading to be put off by bad reviews of other big baby chain stores, we decided to travel a bit further and visited Baby Mode.

We bought a car seat and got two of them installed in our cars. Everyone who worked here were very helpful and lovely! They made our experience preparing/ getting stuff for our new baby so much nicer.

We’ve purchased every bit of baby gear for our daughter from Babymode. They stock all the best brands and the team are super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. David, Ray, Anna, and their staff are professional and leave no stone unturned to let you walk out with confidence that that you’ve made the right decisions on your purchase. I myself am in sales in a retail and B2B sphere, so I’ll sing out praises when it’s noticed. Good ethics and making the customer feel like number 1 is key and these guys tick all the boxes!
