I’d just like to express a very sincere thank you to Dr Albin who had an incredibly kind, patient and heartwarming bedside manner.

It is anxiety inducing as a parent to take your child to a new experience, especially an unpredictable toddler! But it was a great experience for all of us.

Dr Albin Abraham is an amazing, caring and gentle dentist. He had real empathy for my extreme anxiety (due to past trauma) and I am very relieved that I can now begin facing all the dental work I've been avoiding for last 30yrs. Highly recommend.

I have always had great experiences at Pacific Smiles OG, the dentists there are kind, friendly and proficient and always take the time to explain procedures to me. I see Dr Albin Abraham, it's great to have a dentist I can trust and know is doing a great job as well as having great people skills. The receptionists and dental nurses' are always friendly and helpful. Going to the dentist is never super fun but at least it's always a good experience here! :)

A massive thankyou to Albin and his staff Bree and Jasmine. I began coming to this practice late last year 2022 and have been to about four appointments, I can say hands down Albin is the best dentist I have been to, and I have been to a few over the years.

I have never come across a dentist who is so good at explaining what he intends to do, why he intends to do it and the outcomes of the procedures. He is very engaging, friendly, polite and you can tell he cares about the person he is treating.

Also, it is evident Albin does not have a vested interest in pushing more costly treatment. Albin will discuss varying options depending on what treatment is needed and will always let you decide without the pressure. However, in saying this, with respect to a recent consultation about teeth whitening treatment, Albin explained in great detail about a cheaper treatment method being more practical for me and less costly, to which I chose.

And the work he has done on my teeth over the past few months are nothing short of excellent, he has approved the aesthetics of my teeth greatly. And to add to this, there is little to no discomfort when having treatment conducted by Albin, he is a maestro.

Bree, Albin’s Dental Assistant is super nice, enjoys a good laugh and is very engaging, will also play music which suits you to make the experience more enjoyable.

It is worth mentioning the way Albin and Bree interact with each other, they add a light and funny side to help put you at ease and forget the fact you are sitting on the dentist's chair, this really makes the whole experience more enjoyable and less clinical.

Jasmine at the front desk is very polite, always up for a chat and super helpful with scheduling further appointments, perfect type of person for a front of house position.

In all, as I have stated previously, Albin is easily the best dentist I have been to, and I have no intention of going elsewhere and would travel to Melbourne or Geelong to see him if he ever moved from Ocean Grove.

Dr Albin is an absolute delight. So incredibly friendly, makes me feel very comfortable every time I visit and goes above and beyond to answer my questions thoroughly and with consideration. He also offers additional insights into the continued health and maintenance of my dental hygiene, is always smiling and would have to be one of the most thorough dentists I've ever had. Giving a massive shout out to Dr Abraham and the entire team at Pacific Smiles in Ocean Grove.

Firstly - Great service. The entire staff are really pleasant and welcoming and are very professional. It’s nice to walk into a dentist and feel comfortable. I get very anxious going to the dentist so it was a really good way to start.

Secondly, Dr Abraham is really attentive and listened to my concerns. He walked through everything I needed and told me what I needed to do at home. He also didn’t make it feel like I had to do everything all at once. He gave me a step by step program to build better habits around flossing. It really helped and now I have a regime that works for me!

Lastly - and most importantly - Dr Abraham was great at explaining everything to me during the session. He showed me what needed to be done and stepped me through it during the session, checking regularly to ask if I was ok. The whole process made me feel comfortable. It was even nice of him to provide me some Vaseline to help my dry lips (dental work can really stretch your mouth!). He also gave me extra little breaks to get through a long appointment. As someone who absolutely hate needles - when I had to have one it was the most painless needle I have had at a dentist. Ever.

I highly recommend Dr Abraham and the team at Pacific smiles.

Our first visit to the new Pacific Smiles Dental Group in Ocean Grove was very positive. A lovely receptionist, great facility and Dr Dong was extremely thorough in cleaning and examining our teeth and explaining the process. Even better, a no gap check up. We would certainly recommend this dentist.

Great place and great dentist!

one of the better dental experiences i have had in a long time i would give it 4.5 stars but there isnt the option. only thing stopping it from being 5 is the lack of personnel occupying the phone and front desk at times. but cannot fault the dental service they are very thorough and considerate. i was actually falling asleep in the dentists chair. and thats saying something

I booked a apt on the 28/3 22 for the 19/4, l got an email confirming the apt, l arrive for my apt, and was told l was called earlier that day regarding the cancellation of my apt, l told her l wasn't contacted and if l was why would l turn up to a apt that was cancelled, she said no you were contacted. What poor dreadful service, l wont rebook nor will l visit any of the pacific smiles clinics, looking for a new dentist!
