I took a Fecla cane chair that has been in our family around 90 yrs to Camberwell Cane to be repaired and refurbished. The guys did a simply stunning job - it looks like new. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Alastair Lee

I came in to buy pressed cain for a home DIY and ended up spending an extra 15 minutes having a great conversation with the workers about tips and tricks on how to make my project come out as best as possible. They walked me through staining the cain and cheaper alternatives, proper post project care and happily said to call back with any question. 10/10 would come back

It must be more than 20 years ago I first met Angelo at Camberwell Cane. Since then I have acquire many of their products, all of the highest quality and workmanship. Camberwell Cane's handmade couches are the best I have ever seen, beautiful designs and built to last.
The repair and service offered is also top quality, I have seen some amazing transformations when old and worn chairs are refurbished to as good as new. Plus a bespoke design service for unusual requirements.

20 years ago, Angelo made us two stunning three seater couches. They were beautiful pieces of furniture and they were well used and well loved by our family. We recently moved and I asked Angelo if he could refurbish the couches. Not because they were worn - they actually still looked amazing - but because we had moved and wanted to fully change the colour palette. Angelo darkened the cane (restained to near black), all cushions were replaced and then reupholstered in our newly selected fabrics. Again, they are stunning. They sit proudly in our lounge and have been much talked about and admired by our friends who have been visiting to see our new home. Angelo is an artisan. His work is beautiful, both the cane work and the upholstery. We are so grateful we met him twenty years ago - his skills and trade are completely unique and difficult to find. Angelo is also prompt, friendly and easy to work with. I cannot recommend Camberwell Cane highly enough for outstanding workmanship. Popped down to Camberwell cane last week and it did not disappoint.
I needed some rattan for a d.i.y job and Angelo was so helpful. The range was extensive and I was not aware of all the beautiful work he does, his craftsmanship is exquisite. I need very specific cuts made with a router to do my job, which he kindly offered to help with. I would highly recommend Camberwell cane, for gorgeous furniture, repairs and supplies.

Angelo who owns Camberwell Cane is great! Very customer focussed and only sells quality. Have purchased from him a number of times now and will continue to. Great range, reasonably priced and fabulous quality. He will also do repairs and cushions for product he has sold. Highly recommend.

I am currently building a table and Angelo was so helpful. He has the most amazing and friendly dog at the front of his shop too! Not only that, his shop is like a museum. It’s filled with wondrous furniture from all over the place! He took his time to show me all of the amazing things his made. I’m so glad I went into his shop.

I went to Camberwell Cane yesterday in order to get some help with replacing rattan on a bunch of seats I have. Knowing there are only a couple of places which do this in Melbourne, I had previously enquired with both and decided to come to Camberwell Cane as their customer service seemed better, I was not disappointed.
Angelo is an expert in cane furniture and repairs and is extremely helpful and forthcoming with information. I was going there to buy materials and he even gave me some really helpful advice so that my DIY job would end up okay! Finding reliable advice for this kind of thing is difficult and he was not only reliable but also more than happy to dedicate the time and energy needed to me.
I would highly recommend Camberwell Cane for expert craftsmanship, advice and service!

I cannot rate Angelo highly enough. He was extremely helpful with a project I took on against the advice of my husband and supplied the most beautiful, high quality radio weave webbing at a great price along with free advice. I also had the privilege of viewing his latest project and the craftsmanship was divine!! Thank you Angelo
