Great service and flowers

I bought a beautiful floral arrangement worth $85 for a friend on Friday 30/12/22. Just 2 days later, they were turning brown and when I visited the day after, I took the attached pictures (3 days after purchase).
When I rang up the florist (she was closed for the day as it was a holiday), she said to bring them another day. She later moved this to a different day. When I took the sticks arrangement 🤦🏾‍♀ (7 days after purchase), she tried looking at the issue and was just as perplexed as we all were.
She tried to bring up the issue about the hot weather, maybe the person might have used lemonade to keep them fresh or that spraying the flower petals makes them rot. None of these was the issue since even the filler material was drying and falling off.
She eventually offered a replacement that would be available after a week and wouldn't be the same. I don't know about other people but I'm not taking a replacement from the same person who offered such a product in the first place.
My advice, try a different florist or even buy 2,3,4 or 5 bunches of lillies from Woolworths for the same price.

PS: she told me that even if I reported this to the bank, there is nothing they can do. Appalling behaviour from a local small business that we as the community try to rally behind.

Just paid $62 dollars for this absolutely waist of time and waist of money avoid buying flowers absolutely over price and not representable

Never bloody ordering again from these idiots. Marie is the rudest person, have no manners, no people skills, no business skills. I wish I didn't order from her, but lesson learnt. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely ridiculous bought $62 flowers it is not representative I just potted on garbage bought one from woolworths

What a disgrace after confirming twice the price of delivered flowers for x amount they then charged me $30 more the conversation with the owner on the Friday ended with me asking twice and to have confirm the price of flowers delivered and yet they were a pretty ordinary bunch. I would not use this florist again and when asked the additional charge she tried to justify by falsely said the conversation went different. I have have a habit of noting done what was said including times and what she said was completely false. Do not use this florist I have already, verbally advised people in the area
