Went to this store after Christmas to pick up few items we needed.

The store was great! For a smaller country store, this was very tidy and found everything we wanted.

It was spacious and staff were very friendly.

Went through the checkout was a breeze. Good to see we were served by people not self serve machines.

Big W Port Augusta was exactly what we required during our journey. Their extensive product range catered to our needs on the road. Although we splurged a bit, the staff's assistance was valuable. Conveniently, a restroom is located at the rear. Ample parking is available as well.

Luv luv luv big W. it's like a day out .I have to drive all the way there from whyalla. organise my day get fuel round up the dogs a bit like a family day out I check out the video section which they cut back shattered then the chocolate area and just have a good look, it's always cool on a hot day staff are realy casual and helpful and I luv there attitude it's like they have nothing to do except help you then I go to the beach with the dogs and I'm quite happy a good day out good one Big Lw.

Brilliant, had to pick up a large heavy package. The staff at both the service desk and the loading dock were very helpful and prompt. The young guys even loaded the package into my car.

I love the alcohol from the clothes were great and the women were immaculate I would have loved the wife like that hungry Jack's to eat. Right across the road on the Port Augusta Highway and big W found me home after leaving it there so they're trustworthy and reliable they're the best service I've ever seen.
