Avoca Caravan Park

This is a really good caravan park with great hosts! The circumstances for my stay weren't great but the hosts were so accommodating, offered to help in any way they could and put us in a spot away from others to give us space and quiet. They are beautiful people who I'm so grateful to have stayed with! The facilities were great, very clean and the bathrooms looked newly renovated! It also backs onto a golf course with an access gate to have a nice peaceful walk. This is such a nice spot, so quiet and really good walks close by. I'll be staying here again and will whenever I come back because the service, grounds and facilities are all 5 star :)

Excellent caravan park overlooking river. Very friendly staff, grounds are tidy, cabins & amenities clean and fully equipped! We had a very comfortable stay with friends and family! We will definitely be going back soon 😊

Lovely green area. Amenities are clean and well kept. A well appointed TV and food prep room (utensils, toaster, microwave) Tony was very helpful and pleasant 🙂

A great little caravan park with clean amenities. This park shows up the Big parks when it comes to the size of the toilet and shower cubicles. You don't have to be a contortionist to get in and out the doors. Brilliant. The manager took time out and personally directed us to a nice flat site. We were very impressed with this stop.

We stay here often. It’s quiet, kid and pet friendly. Right by the local golf course and walking distance from the main town. Pubs and cafes are close as is the local supermarket. Highly recommended for a long or short stay

The best park I've stayed in yet! The caretakers were wonderful, amenities new and very clean, great laundry, shady trees, POWERFUL OWLS and walking distance to shops. Very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Great spacious caravan park. It backs onto the golf course which adds to the feeling of space. Dogs can have a run on the area above the golf course which is a bonus too.
Very friendly owners who always had a smile and happy to help.
Facilities are fantastic...new(ish), clean and large.
Cozy camp kitchen and lounge building with a wood burning Conara heater. Would be great in winter!! Bbq and seating outside.
We will be returning.

Have stayed here now a couple times and both times Tony and Margaret have been very helpful and friendly, they both do a great job at keeping the park clean and well groomed.
Great park, great facilities, great price per night.

Will be returning often for a little getaway.

The Avoca Caravan Park is a little bit of heaven in the Pyrenees. Great value, warm welcome from Tony & Marg, very clean and a well equipped camp kitchen. Quiet, grassy sites with plenty of trees. I will definitely be back.

Nice park managers John and Margaret both were friendly to chat with. Lovely new amenities. Thanks John for letting me know about the Owls you have in the park..hope to see them next time 🙂

Great place to stay, been working up that way for nearly a year, and I always get the same cabin, it's been like a second home, Tony and Marg are great and the park has everything you need, great value and very clean, would recommend to anyone.

This quiet caravan park is tucked away off the main road. Lynn is a fantastic manager and guided me to the best site which was shaded in the afternoon. The kitchen was good but the toilets and showers were immaculate. Absolutely spotless. The park is next to the golf course and has easy access for walking. I had a powered site and was surprised at how little I was charged. I’ll be coming back to this gem.

Absolutely lovely little caravan park. Caretakers Bob and Dimity offer excellent customer service and are very accommodating. Facilities and amenities are outstanding. Short walk into town. Only downside was not being able to let the kids play on the playground unaccompanied in such a small caravan park which hasn’t been an issue under previous management, but as they explained, just didn’t want any safety issues. Would definitely recommend for a stay in the Pyrenees!

Friendly staff, Toilet showers facilities clean and modern.
Spent many nights in the camp kitchen.
Walking distance to the many coffee shops, and other attractions in town.
Lots of history in the surrounding towns all within 60,70 km

Thank you to Margret and Tony for their support when we had to return to Melbourne for sudden family death. Allowing us to leave our van in their safe keeping.

The best little caravan park in Australia. Great location...can walk to the Avoca Hotel that has a menu that could put many a east coast tourist pub to shame. Clean and modern amenities. Very friendly and welcoming managers.....would definately go back....thanks heaps for the night Tony and Margaret...

Enjoyed a long awaited weekend away at this park over the AFL grand final weekend! JUST WHAT WE NEEDED!! Dimity & Bob the caretakers were fantastic! Beautiful park, very clean & modern amenities, lovely camp kitchen and a beautiful setting right along the golf course, close to town and near the river! We will be back.

This caravan park is a gem, lots of large grassy sites, the amenities are amazing, the staff is lelpful and it is right next to a large grassed area where your dogs can run, it's actually the golf course. We highly recommend this park.

Just spent the past week back here again at Avoca Caravan Park which is rapidly feeling like our second home due to the numerous times we have stayed here over the last 5 years. Tony and Margaret are the most friendly Caravan Park managers you’d ever hope to meet and they have both always been extremely helpful to assist in anyway possible to make our stay even more enjoyable to this beautiful region. They maintain the park in excellent condition from the highly manicured lawns to the super clean facility’s available for your use. We have always found the prices to be most satisfying during all our visits and for all the reasons above

We will be returning time after time to this ever tranquil park for some R&R and a peaceful getaway in the lovely town of Avoca

Very helpful owner. Quiet location. Next to golfcourse which looks fabulous. Heaps of birdlife. Dog friendly.
