We were in town for the Benalla Street Art festival but decided to drop in to taste some cheese and meet the goats. Our delightful hosts (the owners' kids) took us (2 adults, 3 kids) down to see the young goats and the billy goats (and a few cows, a star spider and some snake holes along the way).

Then we sampled delicious goats' cheese and other local produce with some wine and iced chocolates. We particularly liked the marinated goats cheese, the Thai pesto and the whipped caramel cheese. The kids had a great time playing on the trampoline and swing set, and rode the various bikes and tractor toys around with their new friends. A lovely way to spend the afternoon and would highly recommend to anyone in the area who likes goats cheese or doesn't mind the smell of goats 😆.

Very welcoming staff and family and absolutely fantastic cheese. It was fantastic to be able to be able to bring the dog out and go down and pat the goats and learn about the cheese making process. The cafe was very quiet when we got there (make sure you follow signs around the back to enter the shop), but glad to see it got busier by the time we left. Highly recommend the grazing platter to try all the different cheeses and other delicious local products.

We found this amazing local farm online as we are visiting family in Wangaratta from Melbourne. The owners are very welcoming and are proud of all their produce they showcased on our delicious cheeseboard. The local wine selection is great! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!

This is such a lovely family farm and cheese-making venture, with great tasting products. Having Swiss origins we’re quite particular about our cheeses, but these certainly pleased our taste buds! Thanks also for the “impromptu farm tour”, was very interesting to learn more about the joys and challenges of being a goat (and sheep&cattle) farmer. Absolutely worth a little detour and stop when in the area!

Im not a fan of goat cheese or goats milk because of the after taste. I was quite surprised when my cappuccino was served with goats milk, I couldn't tell the difference from cows milk and loved it. Their la plume was also quite a surprise similar to cream cheese with a hint of sweetness without the strong flavour of goats cheese.

I've served la plume and twilight to family and friends and their response has been overwhelmingly positive. I would definitely recommend little cedars to any one passing by, their cheeses are amazing, the owners are very friendly and very accommodating. Their baby goats are the cutest!

We had such a great time here, for a Friday lunch. Really welcoming owners, delicious food (we had a grazing platter, crepes and coffees) and relaxed environment. It was a great set up for the kids too, with plenty of space to run around, plus other children and toys to play with. We bought some cheese to take home too, which all disappeared very quickly. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful first experience recently. The owners were so friendly and VERY accommodating. We had the crepes and they were delicious - probably the best I've had. The kids enjoyed playing with the other children and really loved the toys available for them. 100% worth a visit. We will be returning and look forward to it. Well done team!
FYI - book so you don't miss out on a table, they sometimes get busy.

A delightful family farm tour with tasty treats! We (two adults, with our 18 month old) booked a farm tour. Moussa was very informative and keen to share his knowledge and passion for goats and cheesemaking. At the end of the tour, we tasted a variety of goat cheeses (soft, semi-hard, hard, some infused with herbs) and goat yogurt! We were very impressed with the quality of the cheeses. They were flavorful without being overpowered by "goat" flavors that may deter some people from both trying and enjoying goat cheese. We highly recommend the farm tour experience and the high-quality cheese.

We had an lovely morning at Little Cedar. With beautiful crepes and amazing scones all served with goat cheese. The hosts are fantastic and the whole setup with petting goats and toys makes it the most family friendly place we have visited. If you are after aa foodie, boutique experience, Little Cedar is the place to go!
