An amazing holiday home that just smells soo delicious (I have to get some of those diffusers!)

So ..what a start to our stay at Jama....on arrival at 12pm, house is not as described or photographed, but many are not, a lot older than described,
No hot water, sent text to neil ottoson real estate , told to turn on switch in meter box to have hot for morning! Really?! Asked about hot for tonight, told to push boost button in meter box, only no boost button there.. said would send plumber "some time after lunch hopefully" so one of us has to stay home now instead being able to go out for lunch...
Furniture old stained and just plain grubby, have better stuff in my shed
Mattresses like something out of a $20 a night dive motel
Outside of house covered in cobwebs and spiders
Bbq filthy and that rusty..would not be game to use...instructions on fridge tell you to take gas bottle and fill yourself!
Already have one cut foot on nails sticking up on deck outside front door
Paid $345 for the night...told we may have to move if they cant get hot water to work.

What a disgrace
