We had great fun along this stretch in the 4wd. Some parts were incredibly soft and lots of people getting bogged - make sure you have max tracks or some sort of recovery gear. Clean beaches and easily accessible.

We had a great time 4WD-ing through the dunes and along the beaches. The information centre has some paperwork that’s worth grabbing prior to going. It’s $1 but has some helpful information.
There are beautiful secluded beaches and good spots to pull up for some lunch. Plenty of sad flies.
South of Back Beach was super soft and plenty of right foot was required!!

Had fun visiting this beautiful beach. Look out for idiots speeding without a sand flag. Plenty to explore behind the dunes

Awesome 4wdriving,the gums campground is accessible to a 2wd with decent clearance, stony point not so,15.00 bucks a night, must book online, both have drop toilets
Little Dip is all about 4wdriving,its heaven, make sure you enter from evans cave road if coming from Robe to get that bit extra track, liitle dip beach/eringtons hole is the softest just keep up the right foot😉,

Easy MTB access from The Gums Track campsite. Sand tracks behind sand dunes and to the beach.

Had a great experience here.
Camping at Long Gully. Justa short walk to the beach (or drive with the right vehicle).
Pretty quiet, despite the camp ground being full.
Amazing Sky at night.

Very since spot near the beach. A bit hard to get to in a small car. Although it says 2WD can go I wouldn’t recommend if your car is lowered.

Absolutely gorgeous and the campsites are great and fairly cheap if you have a little group. Watch the sand on the beach, it can get VERY soft

This is one of the most beautiful 4WD tracks I have been through. The coastline is just amazing, rugged limestone, stony reefs and tide pools, long stretches of sandy beaches, sand dunes, native shrub - a bit of everything. The driving can be a bit treacherous, some stretches are very soft or dune crests churned up with massive holes. Low tyre pressure and good momentum is what gets you through, sand trax come in handy (twice for others, once for us) and sand flags are also good to have to been seen when racing up a dune crest. I would start early from Robe or Beachport as time flies, 20 minutes stop here, half an hour there, lunch, helping others out of bogs, before you know it, the day is gone! Camping sites look a bit rough, so best to stay at Robe or Beachport ;)

Such a fabulous day trip from Robe or Nora Creina. The beaches along the 4WD tracks were magic, great spots to spend the day.
