This is the first McDonald’s where I’ve seen adults in the kitchen rather then kids. There’s a clear difference. Staff were polite, place was clean, food was presented as it should be and not cold. Had me shocked for a maccas.. Good work!

I had travelled from WA this day and it was late in the evening. My vehicle was to big to go through the drive through and they had closed the entryto the building. A young woman Amelia said i had to go through the drive through. I was moody to her but she calmed me down and got me my order with out me coming inside. Amelia went beyond what she had to do. thankyou

Easy parking, toilets inside, kids play area, electronic self serve or over the counter service, couple of tables outside and tables inside also.

I feel so sorry for the workers the people that go there a putrid put stuff in the bin if not leave it on the table no need to throw stuff / food every were

One of the employees named Reuben absolutely chopped in kitchen and the burger was 11/10. I am coming back to get one of those delicious burgers.

Arrived at Port Augusta this morning and pulled up to the McDonalds for a coffee. When I entered I was pleasantly greeted but a young man in glasses who pointed me towards the fancy computer screens where I could pick anything I wanted. As I was struggling with the screen, the lovely man helped me with and I thought that was so nice of him and it made my day. Just love the good old friendly service and I hope next time I am greeted by the same gentlemen.

Every so often your maccas that you order is received fresh. Port Augusta got it right yesterday, making my 9 hour drive home more pleasant.
