I am delighted about my experience from start to finish. When I purchased an Electrolux dryer on sale, Lillian offered the best advice. She showed us possible alternatives so we could feel completely comfortable with the purchase. I was very impressed with delivery as Zane had a phone call and confirmation text. They were very friendly and made sure I was happy with how everything fitted in my washing room.

Maria from Betta Electrical is absolutely fantastic. I ordered a Samsung Frame TV online, with delivery from Camberwell. Maria phoned me right away to apologise as the TV was no longer in stock. She tried her absolute best to source one for me and when she couldn't she offered an alternative. When the new Samsung Frame is released I will be visiting Maria to purchase it. A phone call and good old fashioned service goes a long way. Thanks

Had the absolute PLEASURE of purchasing the cutest fridge ever from Sonia recently. Never have I had my needs met so efficiently and kindly. This was my first experience with Betta Living Campberwell and thanks to your amazing staff, it will definitely not be the last. If your other staff are as accommodating and pleasant as Sonia, I’ll be a customer for life!!!!!!!

I have to say that visiting Camberwell Electrics is a very welcoming experience. It's like visiting good friends. From the moment you enter the store you are greeted by Maria, the face of Camberwell Electrics, even if she is busy with another customer. The other staff are excellent too, somehow managing to strike the balance between not being too intrusive and being available to offer assistance when it is needed. This is a fine art and is nowhere near as easy as they make it look. The staff are really helpful when asked and can offer expert and practical advice. To my mind it is wort travelling out of my way to visit and shop at such a friendly place where you just know you are going to get good service. Prices aren't too shabby either!

Sonia is a gem, she went above and beyond with my phone order, located stock for me and was very patient! I appreciate your help Sonia.

I asked my wife to call into Camberwell Electrics to checkout prices for a big split system air conditioning unit.
I’d checked out prices from other stores and after hearing an ad on 3AW, decided to make enquires.
Well I was astounded by the much lower costs of the unit and the installation.
Not long after, I went ahead with them and as I live in Richmond, it didn’t take long for it all and their installer, Veck, did a commendable job.
He even fixed another unit that I’d bought elsewhere for free !
It was just making a strange noise the was irritating me - took him 5 minutes.
I’ve purchased many things in my nearly 70 years and I cannot EVER recall service like I received from Camberwell Electrics.
I’d give them 110 out of a hundred, however, the scale of the rating thingy doesn’t go that high.

I've mad top notch service from the team at Camberwell Electrics. For example my 90 year old mum ordered new kitchen appliances and ordered the wrong rangehood. All swapped over without fuss or fees. I have since purchased many items and the team are brilliant and make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a value for money price

Lillian was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to check that the specifications of the Rangehood I was enquiring about met my needs and requirements. I rang the store and needed exact measurements and functions for my new kitchen, every other appliance store didn’t have what I needed in stock and Lillian spent 15 minutes searching for the exact one I wanted. she assured me it would be adequate for my needs and it would be waiting for me when I arrived, 30 minutes later I arrived at the store and she had it ready and waiting for me, she even printed me out the manual and highlighted the sections I would need to reference to my cabinet maker.
Admittedly when you walk in building there isn’t many helpful staff around, one lady was very firmly trying to sell a guy a smeg toaster that he absolutely was not interested in. but I highly suggest asking for Lillian and dealing directly with her for all your appliance needs.

Prices cheaper than Good Guys and includes delivery fee; for $35 extra they even took the old refrigerator away. Nothing seems like a problem for all the staff in store or the delivery guys. 10/10 people - well done :-)

Had a fabulous customer service experience with Camberwell Electrics. Mae was wonderful; treating me with care and attention. She went out of her way to ensure I would have a new washing machine delivered ready for the weekend! I placed my order at around 2pm Thursday afternoon and my washing machine was installed by 9am the very next morning. This sort of service is rare in this day and age and the price was also right on the money. Thank you Mae and the Camberwell Electrics delivery guys who were also fantastic!

After looking long and hard for what I wanted, for the most part I found the service and attitude at Camberwell Electrics to be first class. In most cases. I will be purchasing from here for my renovations.
Let's start with the bad. I was left on hold for a long time the first time I called. A lady, who I later found out was not the normal receptionist took my call and left me on hold for 6/8 minutes.
My suggestion is don't call during lunch time.

However when I called back later in the afternoon, Hannah took my call and was easily the nicest person I spoke to at this company. Lovely, understanding and knowledgeable. She seems wasted as a receptionist. Especially if the lady that fills in for her has more responsibility. Seems a big ridiculous.
The sales people I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant.
Generally a much more positive and friendly place to call than other options. I look forward to doing business with them.

Purchased white goods here for the first time due to competitive pricing. Found the overall experience very positive. I had to change my delivery date 3 times which they kindly accommodated. Also a big thanks to Rob & Richard who delivered the fridge

Had our first shopping experience here and it was GREAT! Not only did they give us a discount for the Easter holiday when we called to check stock on a particular refrigerator, but they did everything they could to get us our fridge delivered as soon as possible despite the long holiday weekend. I can't say enough good things about their sales staff. The delivery gentlemen were thorough, friendly, polite and funny. Their accounts receivables department was also delightful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We'd totally go back for our next appliance purchase.

I recently purchased a dishwasher and can not fault the level of service from Joseph and the delivery team. Joseph's level of customer service is fantastic. He goes above and beyond. The delivery team were amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Over the years we've bought our washing machine, dishwasher, new ducted heating, cook top and oven from Camberwell Electrics. After almost a year we had a couple of problems with the european oven. The service from the distributors was not great, but Hans and the team at Camberwell Electrics helped get us the service we needed, and ultimately, a refund for the oven. It's the fact that they stand behind their product range – and deal with the distributors for us when necessary – that makes them our preferred supplier for all things electrical. And the sales staff are all great to deal with, too.

Great stock, service and competitive pricing. Mae has been terrific, great communication and expert advice. She has provided a personalised service with very helpful reminders as we get lost in the renovation process. Mae even loaned me her glasses when I left mine at home. Camberwell Electric allowed our dog into the store where other places did not. All the staff have been friendly and welcoming. We are repeat customers.

I have dealt with Mae now on two occasions over three years buying multiple appliances. Her professionalism, personal touch and knowledge is 5 star. That is why I went back the second time because she is outstanding. In fact, all of Camberwell Electrics staff are wonderful. Great service and prices.

Best price and great service. Purchased appliances for full kitchen renovation. Able to match or do better than other quotes. Friendly and easy to deal with. I live interstate so after initial shop visit, the rest of communication was by phone or email. They deferred delivery of my appliances on request on two occasions, without question. Sorted out a minor invoice discrepancy also without fuss. They had a great range of appliances in the showroom and were able to quote competitively against other stores and Appliances Online. No hesitation in using again.

You have a professional and friendly delivery team. Especially my appreciation to Bob and Richard for helping me to set up my tv. They did more than their share of work. They serve with a friendly smile. I appreciate their services. Thank you Bob and Richard
