I was actually directed to the store by another business and I'm grateful that I was. Louise greeting me in cheerful manner and not at all intrusive. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and went through the features of the office chairs that I was interested in.
Louise gave me the space to explore, then Anne came over to see if I was okay as Louise was attending to other things which of course I didn't mind and she was still very present. Anne was equally helpful and reassuring, so I had a great shopping experience.
Louise is truly wonderful, she delivered my office chair this evening, I was surprised to have it so quickly, such great service. 💜

I have searched most places for a good sit / stand desk including Omnidesk, Desky, etc. It was all pretty confusing until I found Abbotts. Louise is PHENOMENAL - the most helpful sales person I've met in years. My desk is absolutely perfect and she even recommended the perfect chair to go with it. Louise ensured I was informed of the specifications. Photos & suggestions were emailed after the point of sale, when I required clarification about an items. The customer service I received was outstanding.

Tom facilitated a smooth delivery along with Richard. Tom and was able to enter the site which has tight entry points, with no damage to property or the stock.

He is a fast, precise worker with attention to detail. Demonstrations were given after installation.

The staff here are just so helpful and know their product really well. I bought an office chair and when I got it home found the lowest setting was still a tiny bit tall for my desk setup. I contact Louise at Abbott's and she offered to swap over the gas lift mechanism for a shorter one at no cost, no problem! Then a year later I found the back support was sitting too high in my back and emailed on the weekend, expecting a reply on Monday. On Sunday evening, Louise replied with the solution of how to adjust the back height. I really appreciate this level of personal customer service and will always come back to Abbott's as a result.

Got 2 stand up desks as they had the ones we were interested demoed in their show room. Louise helped us organise custom sized table tops and was able to answer any questions asked. Their assembly and delivery was great. Super happy with the quality of the desks and how everything turned out.

Highly recommended store! I bought a Vertilift Pro desk riser over the phone, as I needed it urgently due to a bad back. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, she checked the stock, found the item I wanted in another warehouse and organized all paperwork within an hour. A gentleman called me a few days later to discuss delivery time- talk about personal service! Delivery was right on time. The product itself is of excellent quality and was packaged well. Good old fashioned customer service- thank you!

After ordering a desk riser from another company and then being disappointed when they contacted me to advise it wouldn't be available for three months, I got in touch with Abbotts, who exceeded all expectations.
