First time patient & very happy. Dr. Kumar was very kind, welcoming and empathetic. Didn’t have to wait longer than a minute, very refreshing after a run of not so pleasant experiences with clinics recently. Highly recommend!

Enrolled as a new patient with Dr. Nisha Patel. The whole process was seamless. The reception staff and the nurse Mahi were wonderful and kind. Dr. Patel was impressive and I think she will be my GP for many years to come.

I was hesitant to leave a review for Dr. Nisha since she's already quite busy and getting an appointment with her can be a challenge. However, I just had to share my positive experience with her. Ever since I first saw her back in 2018, I haven't gone to any other doctors. In fact, she now looks after not just me but also my husband and daughter, and I've recommended her to all my friends.

Thanks to Dr. Nisha, I was able to catch cervical dysplasia CIN3 just before it could progress into cancer, even when my specialist hadn't paid much attention to it. She went above and beyond, calling me even after hours to provide updates and promptly arranging a referral to a specialist. This quick action allowed me to undergo successful surgery. I can't speak highly enough of her. Dr. Nisha has consistently been thorough, organised, responsible and a great, realistic advisor in every situation.

Dr Kamale was very friendly and thorough. He was genuinely caring and interested in my health and well-being. He gave great explanations and organised everything during my appointment. It was a great experience. I highly recommend him, and are very appreciative of his care.

Thankful for being open Sunday, 1st time attending, efficient staff including nurse, reception, and Dr Jan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend.

Dr Aaron Ng has very warm kind heart with soft and gentle attitude. I just visited for ongoing cough but he spent time to check everything.

I have been seeing Dr Kamale for over 10 years. The best GP in Melbourne. Have saved my life too many times. Excellent care, attentive and always in the know how of latest research to help his patients. The medical centre on its own, front staff was super friendly and helpful.

I moved from Melbourne to Geelong. I am travelling 1 1/2 hours to this clinic. Highly recommended. I even tried paid services in Geelong.

As a new patient, I was assisted straight away, and saw a lady doctor (as I mentioned my preference) within 10 minutes. First, a very kind nurse took all my medical details. Then, the consultation ended up being a double one and I was listened to attentively, with a very caring manner. The doctor organized my health plan and everything started immediately. I’m experienced at this clinic and find it good. Today was with a different doctor, and I was quite impressed.

First time at this practice for my son today. Saw Dr Sia who was friendly and thorough rather than just prescribing antibiotics. His advice was much appreciated. There was a medical student working with him who did symptoms with my son. She was friendly and examined him well.

Dr. Winston Lam has been amazing with me today! He took the time to explain everything and was very approachable.
