A great place to stay. Perfect for families or large groups yet cosy enough for romantic getaways.

Beautiful building in a good location. In need of a bit of TLC (dead light bulbs etc). Biggest issue was the lack of heating/cooling. Limited heaters provided ment only 2-3 rooms could be kept warm. Would not reccomend in summer as there is no aircon.

Beautifully appointed open living area. Well designed kitchen and dinning area, that captures the 'woodland' view outside. It's a pity that the same amount of love and effort hasn't been put into the rest of the house. The main bathroom sits straight opposite the kitchen bench. This bathroom also included a small laundry. Unfortunately the water in the main bathroom leaks under the shower door resulting in most of the bathroom covered in water. The other bathroom smelt of urine. A lot of the lights bulbs weren't working or even had a bulb. Outside court yard has potential but is lacking suitable and poor condition seating area/bbq facilitities. Wouldn't like to stay in summer as there was a lack of ceiling fans. Black mold on ceiling in bedroom which was also lacking power points. Couldn't locate working smoke alarm. Over all lovely place with potential to be amazing. Don't forget to take salt and pepper as they were out of those. Toaster could do with an upgrade, I'm sure a place that charges what it does per night, can afford to purchase more than a $5 Kmart one. Very poor communication if you book through Stayz.com
