Great company to deal with. From the Showroom sales team to the factory/ warehouse team to the delivery team they were all extremely professional, patient and accommodating. Furniture is exquisite, best quality constructed furniture we have ever owned. They have a vast selection of extremely luxurious fabrics, wood trims etc which helped us tailor the furniture to our particular taste. I highly recommend visiting Zuster if you’re looking for new furniture. I’d especially like to thank Keila & Bernadette for their help.

I love all my pieces from Zuster which I have been building on for a couple of years. 2022 was my big year to update my living area which included dining as well. The furniture is stunning and a standout and coming home each time I scan the room and it makes me happy. The care and attention is top notch and the Zuster delivery team are a very happy bunch and they are all smiles placing the furniture in my home. I have also recently completed 2 bedrooms with Zuster pieces which are every bit as beautiful as the living area. I think I need to stop now but I have another living area! Well done Zuster!

Had a really lovely experience with the consultants in the Hawthorn Showroom, they went above and beyond to help me chose my fabrics and timber finishes. I was even able to go out to their factory was able to see everything being made... quite exceptional!! Really good quality, and I am happy to be supporting locally designed and made furniture. The men delivering my sofa and coffee table were careful and considerate in my house - everything was made in a timely manner, and was in line with the time frame given

Absolutely beautiful furniture and showroom!

I was appalled at the attitude of the staff at Zuster's Swan street store. They may have expensive furniture but if they have an online sale they must honor those prices. After making several online enquiries about their Husk chairs - that have gone unanswered - also requesting to be updated when this item goes on sale - also not actioned I went directly to their store and was not impressed with the staff's attitude. Customer service must only be afforded to an elite clientele. Zuster I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
