He is the whole package from start to finish!

Darren provided a top quality full day customised youth event for 60 of our local youth. He took the time to get to know what we wanted and then customised the programme accordingly.

The quality of delivery was flawless and his ability to engage and then bounce off the mood is testament to his experience. Our youth quickly connected with him and were engaged throughout the day. The use of the DJ weaving music into the content was what made this programme go from great to excellent. It lifted the energy and kept everyone in the moment.

Our young people can be hard critics, yet the feedback was incredibly positive. They were all able to articulate what they had learnt and how this impacts their own lives.

Presenter Darren and DJ Tim were absolutely brilliant working with out Year 12 Cohort. They had the entire group engaged from the moment they walked through the door. The presentation was motivational whilst be humerus at the same time. It was clear from the feedback from our students that we will be booking this again. The only area where I think could have been improved was more examples for VCE-VM students. Otherwise, a brilliant presentation.

Darren Pereira's study skills workshop with Success Integrated was absolutely phenomenal and unforgettable. I am a Year 12 Coordinator at a school in the city of Whittlesea. Darren and his accompanying DJ presented at our Year 12 Camp at the start of the year, 2024. He covered important information about study, success and leaving a positive legacy as a student and young person. He did so in an enthusiastic, hilarious and memorable way. As a Year 10 student Darren had an impact on my life as I wrote about him as a teenager in my diary and years later in my early 30's I once again remember the impact Darren had on myself and many others. I have had the pleasure of working with Darren on a corporate level some many years ago, which was wonderful then and I felt really engaged on a group setting as well.

I had Darren come and speak to my year level when I was in year 11 (in 2014) at Nazareth College & it had left such a lasting impact. Emotional Intelligence Seminar - Road to Resilience at the Casey Youth Summit

The Casey Youth Summit was a huge success, thanks in large part to the seminar on emotional intelligence delivered by Darren Pereira and his team. The seminar was fun, engaging, and educational, and it left more than 110 students from 14 secondary schools feeling energized and inspired.

DJ Tim got the crowd moving with his upbeat music, and Himal's passion and charisma kept everyone's attention. I was particularly impressed by how well Darren and his team tailored the seminar to the needs of the students. They used real-world examples that young people can relate to, and interactive activities to make the concepts of emotional intelligence come alive.

Our school has worked with Darren and Success Integrated for a number of years. Darren is always a pleasure to work with and will listen to the outcomes we want from the seminars and customise them to suit our needs. His communication, planning and follow up is always impeccable and he delivers a professional and polished message to the students in his seminars. We have taken a whole school approach to the seminars (delivered to year 7 -12 students) and the seminars are always well received by students, regardless of the year level they are in. We notice a boost in their enthusiasm toward their studies after the seminars and many of them take on the tips and advice Darren delivers. This year Darren worked with us, so that we could still deliver seminars despite COVID restrictions and remote learning. He presented a live zoom session to our year 12 students while we were still at school, which they loved and pre-recorded sessions to our other students and parents whilst they were in remote learning. The feedback from these sessions was really positive and was the boost our students needed to continue with their learning remotely.
