Many thanks to Richard who went out of his way to fix our vehicle after a breakdown out south of Ardrossan. His efforts enabled us to continue on our travels with little delay. Wonderful customer service.

Elgas's phone number just rang out, so I rang Ardrossan Auto directly to chase down and confirm our all important gas bottle delivery. Very helpful found our order immediately, and assured us there would be plenty of gas and no cold showers over the weekend :)

Stopped whilst on holiday due to a fuel leak in the Ranger. Young man picked up that the filter was not locked properly, showed me the issue, clicked into place and job done. Asked what it cost...early Xmas pressie...great country service..thanks a lot!!!

Fantastic service - a service station that actually pumps your petrol for you and amazing RAA service. I urgently (as we always do!) needed the RAA the other morning and from me calling, to being mobile it was literally 15 minutes.

We had an unexpected breakdown in Marion Bay in April 19 replaced our battery and then was told our alternator had it. Phoned around n found Ardrossan Auto Centre to be very helpful on the phone n told to bring it in and they will do it straight away for us which they did. We were on our way after a two night stay. Continued on our journey with van in tow to Brisbane with no problems. Thank you Ardrossan Auto Centre for your friendly service They were the only ones willing to help us on short notice and a reasonable price too. Trish n Leo Dore

We have had nothing but bad customer service with him he is rude and we had our vehicle booked in for 5 weeks now and he did not come and pick it up I do not recommend him what so ever

A very disappointing car servicing experience. After receiving a verbal quote and stating clearly which what filters were to be replaced, unauthorised work was carried out, without approval, resulting in an account 75% greater than the quoted figure. I didn't expect this behaviour from an RAA approved workshop and contractor.
