The Italian Mildura

A delicious Italian cafè/restaurant which lives up to the promise of "italian" food. Prepared on the premises - delicious, delicious!!!! The menu was extensive enough (including cannoli) to make it difficult to select, and they make personalised cakes too. Oh yeah!!!! When in Mildura a must go.

Amazing food and friendly approachable staff, the panini's, brownies and cannoli are all worth going back for time and time again and I look forward to trying more of the menu. They make for a great take away or dine in option and is all freshly made. You guys are my favorite lunch option in Mildura! Keep up the great work and thank you.

I ordered lunch from here again today and perfection just perfection. Thank you so much for the extra pesto. Perfect. Can’t rave about this place. It’s just amazing food is exceptional.

I have ordered the cannoli tower cake for an office birthday and coming from Sydney, i must admit that the cannoli you make are best I ever had. The cannoli cake looked amazing and everyone enjoyed the delicious goodness..staff is wonderful and so accomodating..will definitely recommend this place for everyone visiting Mildura.

Wow, what amazing authentic panini"s! Both myself and my partner enjoyed every single mouthful. The sandwich meat is sliced freshly for panini's and the bread delicious. Coffee was also a 10/10.

Absolutely delicious! Comforting amazing sauces and sandwiches. Solunar is incredible too. Great combo of cuisines in one restaurant! Just wish their open times matched up better with my off-hours.

Always great service, my favourite is the panini. All the different flavours it's truly amazing. 10/10 every time.
Best Ciabatta bread in Australia

We had lunch here on our last day and it was so delicious. If only we'd discovered this place earlier.

We are both plant based and my husband is gluten free. We had the dumplings, tacos, and eggplant curry. Each dish was super tasty and fresh.

The owner/staff were very friendly and welcoming too. Thank you! 🙏

All my dreams came true today :) tradition mortadella, sliced thin like it should be and wrapped in the paper that reminds me of the Coburg Market Melbourne days from my childhood. Freshness you can smell and the taste is amazing!!!! Thanks

Fridays, my son loves a panini chicken cotoletta for lunch.
If I could, I would eat all of them at once a fantastic job.

Travelled from Sydney and after bearing scorching heat of 37 degrees in regional VIC, this was a best dinner I could ask for. I was looking for salad but these guys serve meat in a way that it won't bother you at all. Had Chicken dumplings and Korean beef rib and it was outstanding and would love to eat again if in Mildura. Customer service was kind as they opened dine in area for us even though it was closed because of covid.
Tip; Hard to find though, better to update address on Google/Maps

Brad, from Solunar catered for my Mums 70th birthday. Could not fault the food. Everything was delicious. From the antipasto plate, the vegan dumplings to the brisket. Thanks Brad and the staff you did an awesome job.

Brad who owns the cafe is very knowledgeable about supplements for sports and general gut health. The food is delicious and the venue lovely. Couldn't recommend more.

Really nice place to grab tasty, vegan food with nutritional value!
It is located inside The Alfred Deakin Centre (next to the entrance of the gym!).
Service was very good, I asked to customise my toasts toppings and they were happy to do it!
You can see the menu online, order and pay through your phone and get served at your table when food is ready!
Only “negative” thing is that they took a bit too long to serve, but it’s understandable since most tables were full!

10/10 Canolis. Will definitely come back.

Amazing coffee, sensational cannoli, great range of deli items to inspire even the laziest cook, seasonal favourites and warm friendly accents that make my knees forget how to function. Bellissimo!
