Gotcha Fresh Tea - St Albans

This was my first time having a Sharetea tea from Saint Albans.

Overall the Peach tea that I got was pretty good, could have used a little more sugar for my liking in the tea, (but each to their own)

There was only one staff member on at the time who was taking a couple of orders, however she handled her self really well, got the job done in a quick and timely manner and didn't look stressed out trying to get everything done by herself.

Finding the place is a little difficult even when using Google maps as it's a really small store and it's right in between two Asian stores, which doesn't make their store stand out in that location.

I'd suggest to the owner, that they consider adding an advertisement board outside the shop, (That you can get with council approval), which I feel would help people find the store a little bit better when walking down such a busy street.

Parking around that area is a nightmare, which has actually stopped me a couple of times from going to purchase a drink from Gotcha as I know there is always no parking.

The price is a little more expensive than places that sell the same product, however the customer experience was great which made up for the extra dollars spent.

If you're ever in the saint albans area and your brain is screaming, Iced tea... then try your luck at getting parking and stop by gotcha to try a drink.

Remember though, the store is hard to spot (even with prescription glasses on) as it is a really small store with not enough signage.

The drinks come in two size, medium and large. The drinks taste great, they have a big variety of drinks in-store. However, service is a little slow.

The male barista is really professional. He remembers our orders since we are regular customers. Feel like home when coming here. Also, the milk tea was fresh and OMG, the best boba in town. Highly recommend.

I love their Gotcha Signature Fruit Tea. It's so refreshing and not too sweet; infused with real fruits (apple, orange, etc.)! I highly recommend this drink! 😊

I’m unsure why this place doesn’t have higher ratings to be completely honest - this is the only place I get my bubble tea from; variety of green tea flavours & I have finally found my favourite (watermelon passionfruit). The cups have also changed in appearance and are more appealing! I highly recommend trying Gotcha 👌🏻

Diverse range of drinks to choose from which is a major plus!!! The staff is extremely helpful and patient when explaining to me what is in each drink for me to consider. Highly recommended whether you have a sweet tooth or not as they have many non-sugar drinks. Plus, cool promotions when you least expect it 🤣!!! If only they have membership then it would be perfect 😘

Great deal: Buy one get one free (Different drinks)! The order took longer as usual I don't mind that. In my opinion, this is the #1 Bubble Cup cafe so far in St Albans!

One of my favourite places for get a iced tea. They have many flavors and variations. You've got to try the Honeydew Macchiato or Jasmin Pearl milk tea with yogurt pearls. You won't regret it.

when I first walked in the first thing that came to mind was "omg this place is so cute!" to the flowers to the lovely leather pink seats! Gotcha is a very pink shop btw. Even when i ordered the man was so kind! I really recommend this place!!

Came here with partner tried Tiger fresh milk wow was so tasty and had a passionfruit with jelly.
