Dr. Rob Carr was very caring and honest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Treated my old dog with compassion and like an old friend. Made our final visit as a family much easier. Many thanks💔💔

All of my pets have been cared for by Rob since 1979. Our first rescue had parvovirus which Rob successfully treated 🙏🏻. For over 40 years, the clinic staff have always been caring, respectful, highly professional; for both patients and their owners. I would not take my pets anywhere else. My current dog is a rescue and was very reactive and unsettled, I had an appointment for my older dog’s medical needs and took Pippa to get her used to the place. The clinic was very busy; so could only make the one appointment for the sick dog; but Rob took the extra time to help with Pippa’s anxiety then and there. Definitely over and above my expectations. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Keep up the exceptional work team. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Been taking all my pets (dog and two Bengal cats) to Pet Doctor Woodville for years. Always a great experience. Couldn’t recommend enough. Love that I can easily book in after hour appointments. Can tell their love for animals and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies

My girls mean the world to me, knowing they are in good hand make everything that much easier on hard days. I’ve been coming to Pet Doctor for over 10 years, the duty of care from Mateo (+ I’ve forgotten the other man’s name: he is lovely too) at reception to Dr Carr in the room is unmatched. The vet can be sad & stressful, but I know each visit my girls are handled with love. Thankyou for your constant support & guidance 🫶🏽

Our dog had an emergency as he had trouble breathing . The staff were exceptional in their response and took his vitals and ensured us that he will be ok. One of the staff opened my dogs mouth and pulled out a stuck piece of wood that was causing the panic. We are very and eternally grateful at the actions of the staff

Pet doctor, Woodville is the only vet I know. Their staff are compassionate and empathetic. From general check ups to major surgery, I trust my dog will get the best treatment and lots of post surgery loves. I have always referred Pet Doctor Woodville to family and friends, knowing from experience the staff are very considerate and go above and beyond to help pets and their owners.

The whole team at Woodville pet doctor are amazing. They know that your pet is family and treat them as such. I have been taking my fur children there for quite sometime and they are fantastic.

Been going to the Pet Doctor at Woodville for many many years, first for our pet rabbits now for our dog. Our dog attended puppy school there and has unfortunately over the years had several procedures there as well. I cannot commend the staff highly enough for their caring, professionalism, and their can do attitude.

I have needed several urgent appointments in the past with our dog and they have gone out of there way the help out.

They not only care for the animals but also there owners.

The team at Pet Doctor Woodville have refreshingly 'old fashioned' values. Everything from the greeting as you walk through the door, to the care shown to our dogs, to the management of the bill at the end.
In previous times we've literally had to drag our pups through the door, but def not at the Pet Doctor. As much as the treats (smell) in the waiting room help, our dogs are not apprehensive about what's to come and as we all know, dogs sense a good thing.

I have been attending Pet Doctor for my dogs' care for approximately 19 years. They have always been very caring & compassionate and were particularly so when my first two dogs passed & this same caring manner has been extended to my latest puppy. I cannot fault Dr Carr's manner with my dogs as well as his ability to always be cheerful & approachable at all times. Fortunately, I have never had any major health concerns that I have had to present my dogs with but should I have to then I would trust them to do all that is expected of a Veterinary Practice. A very satisfied client.

For over 16 years Dr Carr and the team at The Pet Doctor have looked after our beautiful boy. Now our cat is entering his twilight years they continue to support us and help him over the challenges of his aging, and keep him healthy, happy and comfortable. The help we receive is always very genuine and caring.

I've been going to Pet doctor for years now and they have always gone above and beyond looking after my kids. Even at the hardest times in our lives they have reached out and been there for us. My eldest baby is about to hit double digits and still loves sticking his nose through every crack in the clinic. Thanks Pet Doctor for awesome service throughout the years.

The formidable Team of Mat and Dr Carr at Pet Doctor Woodville Clinic are very welcoming and caring of both myself and most importantly our princess chocolate Labrador, Maggie.

Appointments are easy to arrange these days (Covid restrictions now not a challenge like they were for everybody over the last couple of years) and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to customer support especially when handling a pet emergency!

Dr Carr is a excellent veterinarian and always explains diagnosis detail in simple terms for all of us to understand.
We would not entrust our animal care to any other practice and are long term pet clients for over 20 years!!
