When you are engaging a property agent to handle a sale process, you would want them to work with you and protect your interests as a seller. Stephen definitely aced everything, he is open and transparent with managing expectations.

He won't promise heaven and earth nor engage in pushy sales just to grab your business. Instead, he brings you down to reality, does his market research thoroughly and gives you a realistic sale range (which was spot on later in the sales).

The overall experience was excellent. Stephen would always keep us informed of any issues or costs involved before arranging any services eg mowing the lawn or getting the house ready up. (similar with the rental, Sinova do not overcharge landlords with maintenance costs and their vendors are often prompt and helpful)

At the end of the day, when you are talking about expected sales proceeds, you would want to engage a trustworthy agent, someone who will go above and beyond in working with prospective buyers, someone whom is able to shortlist potential buyers, someone who treat you as a mate and not a cash-cow.

Besides, number speaks. Property was rented within 8 days of listing, second rental was done deal in 10 days after listing. And this sale was gone before we even know it!

Gets the results he promises and more!
After an unsuccessful 3 month campaign with another agent trying to sell 4 x bespoke brand new townhouses, we decided to engage Jarrod and Doris from Sinova, as we had seen them sell multiple townhouses in the same suburb in the time that we had watched ours sit without any interest. They came across as professional and confident, without being arrogant, and seemed to know their target demographic.
On their advice, we refreshed the listing with renewed styling and new pictures. The new campaign went live on the 18th of Dec. which was not the best time by any standards and we didn't expect much action until Feb 21 at the earliest. To our surprise, Jarrod got us 2 x offers, one on the 29th of Dec. and another on the 2nd of Jan!
From there on, every weekend there was at least one offer, if not more, until 3 houses were under contract before the end of January and the 4th one in late Feb.!
Where the previous agent had struggled to get a single offer in 3 months in what was quintessentially a hot market, Jarrod and Doris were able to sell all four in under 2 months, for the money we wanted, especially in the quiet period of Dec-Jan.
This speaks volumes about their capabilities and acumen in being able to read and identify serious buyers in a sea of time-wasters and dreamers. Jarrod kept us updated weekly and to his credit, also worked for the benefit of the buyers in getting any issues resolved post haste. As land developers, we understand the benefits of quick and optimal sales better than anyone else and given the top effort from Jarrod, we have no hesitation in recommending him as our preferred agent to sell our projects in the near future.
