First time here to see a show, and absolutely loved the welcoming atmosphere. Lovely Lovely people, great service and food and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Very welcoming space, owned and managed by two lovely gals are aware that needs to be safe place for all LGBTiQ+ in the community and those that support the community.

The food and coffee essentially in amazing ! I am a bit of a coffee snob, and my cappuccino was lovely and creamy smooth.

You can get your sharp or burnt tire tasting coffee elsewhere if you must.

Here I would have to say I have some of best cappuccino in all Adelaide. Highly recommend their Cappuccino - yummy :)

The decor is comfy and roomy and very relaxing.

Open mondays to Fridays - closed weekends

Opens from 11:30am for lunch or closing 2:30pm

Then reopens at 5:30 for dinner the closes at 11:30pm.

The prices are competitive to other cafe/restaurants, but fresh and tasty foods made right at the Diverse-City.

If you are looking for a nice place to go in the community, then I would recommend Diversity-City.

One of my favourite hangouts in the Adelaide CBD. For those in the know, the venue is the former Promethean Theatre on Grote Street. By day, Diverse-City is a café, serving great coffee, cakes and food. By night it's a venue for hire and includes a regular LGBT drop-in and a women's only evening, right alongside being a primary venue for festivals, community events and private functions. The owners, Sue and Sarah, are two of the most friendly, kind-hearted people you will ever meet. I can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing coffee, good meal and friendly company.

Went in for a fringe show,hosts were extremely welcoming, and a nice cosy atmosphere.

I have been mad fan of DIVERSE CITY at its former venue and the current one...Sue and Sarah are such AWESOME welcoming people!
I love attending the MIXED BAG ADELAIDE POETRY open mike nites on the third wed of month 7pm where some hugely talented Adelaide poets rock their words...a great fun nite for all words lovers!! Thanks Sue and Sarah for this fab venue and all it offers!!

Fantastic venue for musicians! Great equipment, stage, sound technician and acoustics. Managers and staff are really friendly and welcoming. For the audience ... Comfy seating, excellent variety and quality of food and drinks - they even do high tea! - and lovely balcony area. We have visited as performers and part of the audience and have been really impressed on both sides. Performers we have seen here have been excellent too.

Great feeling at this venue... Friendly owners, well run. Great place to have a quiet conversation with your friends. Great wall display this month.

Was here tonight to speak for a BPD Awareness week event. Both of the owners were so lovely and welcoming, the environment was really cosy and inviting. I have been meaning to check out this venue for a while now and this event finally got me in here and I will definitely be back. They have a good menu with a good variety of food. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!

I Love this Place. 1st time tonight for a relaxing meal and light entertainment. Wonderful atmosphere. Very down to earth. You gotta try the cheesecake n Coffee. Yummy!! Great hosts Sarah and Sue.. Thankyou🙂

The staff and patrons are so lovely, the drinks are delicious, and the whole vibe is spectacular. I don't think there's many places I've ever felt so safe? 10/10 would go again!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great range of drinks, and delicious food with some good vegan-friendly options available. Nice atmosphere with great music too!

Great small concert venue. Friendly staff and comfortable surroundings.

The best place in town for LGBTIQ food and entertainment. Will cater for individual groups. Doors open to all spectrum of gender & sexualités in some instances.

Went for the Comedy Gayla, that was hilarious. The venue is great, I love the atmosphere. I'll have to keep my eye out for other events
