After visiting numerous stores, we found Bedshed Hawthorn to be incredibly helpful in supplying us with the perfect mattress. As a couple, finding the right mattress was super improtant for us, and the team at Bedshed went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the process and addressed all our concerns.

Today I had my new bed delivered and assembled by this company.
Agree, prices are competitive. But due to their excellent customer service, I returned for the second time.
The delivery boys need a shout out bc they also helped remove my old base with nil issues. They were courteous, pleasant and polite. They were careful not to damage my walls as they had to use a staircase. They worked hard with nil complaints. Professional and friendly from start to finish. Thank you!

The service is superb and everything was on stock! David was easy to talk to and knowledgeable of all the products. He was very accomodating as he let me take my time in choosing the mattress that suites me. Their products have excellent quality and not too pricey unlike their competitors. The delivery was smooth as well as their guys were careful in handling items ordered. I highly recommend this store!

Had the best service with Lambros a few weeks ago. My partner and I came in to buy a mattress, and we were greeted warmly by him. His knowledge of mattresses was obviously great, but he was so kind, approachable and showed us some great deals and offers. We ended up staying on for a while in the shop after we purchased the mattress just chatting to him as if we'd known each other for ages! And we have now ended up with the best mattress we have ever slept on. Thank you Lambros you legend!

I have had an amazing experience at the bedshed Hawthorn, From Warm welcome and lovely offers from Lambros to Sam’s advice in the selection of right bed for my neck pain. She has been extremely patient by listening to all the issues and got me the right choice and Mohammad’s help with the delivery! It all went smooth, all the team members are extremely helpful and warm throughout our shopping experience, they make sure we are not disappointed with our purchase. Also, great customer service over the phone by Sam, nav and lambros.

I am sure I have got all the names right, coz they make a lasting impression 🌸 thanks team, now I can sleep peacefully.

Was helped by Sam and Lambros, who were both super kind and helpful. I needed a mattress urgently (just moved interstate) and they went out of their way to organise same day delivery despite me coming in very late in the day. 10/10 service.

Buy a new sets of bedding from here. Sam and the boss are very accomodating and easy to deal with. They give me the best offer compared to near by shops. Tons of free stuff they throw in.

I had the pleasure of going to the Bedshed in Hawthorn yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to get such great service. Sam welcomed me into the store and listened as I explained what type of mattress I was looking for. She gave me time and didn't rush me and gave me some great options. I even went and shopped around looking for comparison only to come back. I then got interested in a bed frame. Working with Sam I got a great set-up including Bed and Mattress and side table and a matching tall boy. I had only come into buy a mattress so big kudos to Sam and team. Five stars from me!

Really want to thank David for a very helpful customer service. My boyfriend and me were looking for a new bed for our new apartment and we ended up with a high quality mattress and the frame for a really good price. They deliver it straight away which makes moving households a lot easier for us.
