Cozy Zone Hawthorn FDO

My wife and I called into cozy zone last Sunday to have a look at the bedding that was displayed. I was very impressed with Steve and how he explained every detail of the mattresses so we have a great understanding now. He was so very interested in our idea of what we expected and how we could achieve this. His advise was very professional and not hard sell. Happy with service, price and delivery of our new mattress. Stephen was knowledgable and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to keep trying out the mattresses without feeling under pressure. Felt the large chain stores did a pretty hard sell.....this was a much more relaxed environment in which to make a pretty important decision. Would recommend.

Thanks Steven & team (sorry, didn't catch name of your other team member) for a fantastic experience. We walked the strip, went to all the big brand name bed stores and left Cozy Zone until last. I was assisted immediately and not pressured to buy. My wife & I tried many mattresses and had many questions. We've been to every mattress shops on that street and bought a mattress from Cozy Zone. I think the main reason is that Steve really cares. He is the only salesman asked which stage of life we are currently in and recommanded the right selection of mattresses. He didn't try to push us to buy the more expensive ones. We have used this mattress for a week, it's so good and can beat any of those over priced mattresses in other shops. We are going to buy more mattresses from Cozy zone in the future for sure.

After viewing a few other mattress retailers popped into Cozy Zone Hawthorn. I would rate it up there with as one of my best shopping experiences ever. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

After looking at dozens of beds at numerous stores, my partner and I visited Cozy Zone and Steven took the time to walk us through the perfect choice for us. He listened to what we needed and never at one point 'sold' to us. I felt so comfortable (physically and mentally) with his advice on our choice and we now have the perfect bed and much cheaper than the big chains across the road.

After moving from Sydney to Melbourne with my partner (Joel Sena), we found ourselves in need of a mattress base. Cozy Zone were lovely salesmen and offered us a great deal for a good quality, Australian made base. They also took care of delivery for us. Would highly recommend!

We have bought our last 2 beds at Cozy Zone. The high end bed companies charge so much, it's ridiculous. This place has factory-direct prices where you can get a great bed for half the price. And great service.

I was pleasantly suprised after my partner and myself had been recommended to visit Cozy Zone. Steve has been the best salesman I have ever come across. He provided us with genuine and authentic customer care and did not once make us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Steve sold us the Bedmaster Plush mattress at an amazing price and I’ve been in love with it! I’ve never slept on a more comrtable bed, I cant recommended it highly enough! Struggling with insomnia I couldn’t believe how easily I can fall asleep now! Plus I feel amazing waking up and not sore as i’ve often wake up with a cramped back. But best of all, we had walked away with a luxury high end bed that costed us $150 less than a bottom of the range bed that we had been quoted for at other bed companies. They even delivered to our door across the other side of the city with an amazing delivery guy who also presented genuine customer care. I highly recommend visiting Cozy Zone in Hawthorn!

I bought a Sleepmaker mattress from Cozy Zone Hawthorn. Steven was super attentious and lead me to a great mattress choice, cheaper than the other options on the street.

Good range of quality beds but not too over-whelming. They were very good to deal with and offered a great price. I would certainly recommend.
