Had a small fuse issue of my own making. Called and was told to come the next morning. Got there early and within ten minutes the problem was identified and rectified and only charged ten dollars! Gave him 15 as I was so happy to get back to work!

Cracked my Anderson plug so no DC charge to my camper - Ronnie not only replaced the plug but realised the fuse was blown (and had been the wrong fuse). Replaced it, turned it over for easier access and showed me how to replace it. All with only half an hour notice! Thanks heaps! 🙂

Phoned with a problem with our caravan when in Hay, Ronnie said to call in when we get to Mildura and he fitted us in straight away. He diagnosed the problem and got parts organised for us. Great service great guy.

We were traveling through Mildura heading to Broome when we discovered our air-conditioning wasn’t functioning. We dropped by R&L late near closing when the owner was kind enough to take a look. After inspection it was found that we needed to replace some parts. The owner very kindly arranged for us a repair man in Alice Springs who could do the work for us on our way to Broome. R&L owner’s assistance was above and beyond. Thank you for your help

Was able to fit in that same week after a cancellation, Amazing customer service! we had extra redarc solar panels and two batteries installed in the caravan, also a redarc brake system installed for the ute, even got to borrow some tools to make our own max trax bracket while it was cold and rainy outside, very accommodating and attention to detail.
