I've been attending this practice for what must be ten years or more now. They've supported me through many a crisis on top of the ins and outs of day to day life. I can't find enough words to explain how much they've done for me. The receptionists are brilliant also. And Mary downstairs sells soothing treats to drink and eat from her coffee cart.

I have had a good experience seeing Sharryn Muir... I really feel Sharryn gets it. She is very supportive and validating.

Been going here for over a year now. Receptionists are lovely, I've had issues in the past with money but they're always understanding and generally helpful. I've had issues connecting to psychs in the past but definitely feel comfortable and welcomed here. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I saw A. Kimm. I highly recommend him. I had anxiety around a number of things and found his listening skills and strategies spot on. My anxiety is totally under control. Ill be back if it rears its ugly head again.

Great psychologists, and the staff are very friendly. One of the few places that bulk bill.

i had very poor experience here. i saw elizabeth bragianis. i was excited to start seeing a psychologist again as i hadn't seen one in a few years and felt it was definitely time for me to go back.

at the start of the appointment elizabeth asked me family history questions and completed general housekeeping issues with me. then we got into specifics which is when the problems started.

i told her about my previous experience with psychologists (amazing in the past) and how often i went to them to which she immediately implied that myself/my parents have tons of money. she was saying things like "wow your parents must be made of money" etc. this was extremely uncomfortable for me and very inappropriate. i didn't know how to respond to this and felt very uncomfortable for the rest of the appointment.

after that we spoke of my current issues and problems i am facing at the moment. she asked when the most recent time this issues caused a huge problem for me and it had been the day before. to which she replied that i must not always feel this way, i'm probably just saying so because i felt that way so recently and that it must be on the forefront of my mind for those reasons. which is completely untrue. elizabeth negating my issues when i'm trying to open up to her at my first appointment made me feel like all of my feelings and my current situation mentally is unimportant and invalid.

then money came up again. i told her i had friends from home (i'm from new york- in australia on a student visa) visiting me for a few months and they were living with me and traveling with me as well. my friends and i had a trip to bali planned and that came up as well in this conversation, to which she immediately replied with something along the lines of "how can you and your friends afford this? how do you have money? etc" it is extremely unprofessional and it made me not want to open up to her and tell her the things that were happening in my life at the present moment.

i will not be going back, i cancelled my next appointment with her (booked it immediately after my first session because i felt uncomfortable telling her to her face that i didn't want to return). this is something that has bothered me for a while and i would feel horrible if other people went to this centre and saw her expecting a good experience and leaving very disappointed, violated and with feelings of worthlessness.

i would also like to make it clear this was my experience at this centre with ELIZABETH BRAGIANIS not any other psychologists there. they may be incredible, i'm not sure. i would personally not be returning because i don't want to waste my time and money here again. elizabeth was unprofessional, inappropriate, rude and made my feelings seem like they were silly and shouldn't bother me.

also, they say that they accept american express cards but they do not so be prepared with another form of payment if planning on using AMEX.

Male receptionist told me not to bother making an appointment until i had the physical referral (which I was obtaining the next day). He said even then there was a 3 week wait so to call back another time. I asked if he reccommend anywere else , he said no. Maybe acceptabe for any other type of business, but not the greatest conduct for a psychology centre. Doesnt represent the psychologists well.
