Quality Hotel Mildura Grand

Great historic hotel that has recently been renovated. Lovely staff who were always smiling. Old world charm because of the lots of history in a 130 year old hotel but still very modern and comfortable

We held an event at the Quality Hotel Mildura Grand recently and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the location and the staff. Everyone in the team that I spoke to either prior/lead up to the day or on the day were absolutely amazing. Can not stress enough how helpful and amazing Ceylan was with assisting with all aspects of the day, Kathy and her flexibility with our group booking and Sam on the day doing alot of the running around for us and looking after every request we had with such grace! Thank you Quality Hotel Mildura Grand for making our event a success from beginning to end. The team certainly kept my stress in check and delivered exactly what we required of the day!

Room was spacious and clean. The pool and pool area is a great spot to relax. Hotel is central to the main Street, with plenty of variety with food options. All staff were courteous and obliging with any requests. In fact, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was most comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Lovely historic building and beautiful gardens. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. So easy to visit a cafe or go down to the river. I don't think there would be a better location in Mildura.

I have stayed at many Hotels in regional Victoria. The Grand is now on top of my list of best stays.On arrival the front desk staff where extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The property is clean and has a fantastic old charm throughout the gorgeous building.The room was wonderful and clean with a very comfortable bed. Management recommend the most popular tourist locations along with some outstanding restaurants.

This was our first visit to Mildura on Christmas break from Melbourne and we wanted to book a hotel in a central location. We are so glad that we have booked the room in Quality Hotel Mildura Grand. The hotel is so centrally located to all the attractions and amenities, walking distance to a beautiful Murray River. I booked the room by the poolside which was nice and cosy. I loved the buffet breakfast and service in the hotel. I would love to visit Mildura again for holidays and surely stay in Quality Hotel Mildura Grand.

I've stayed more than a dozen times at this hotel and always received generous, warm hospitality. Rooms have been renovated continuously over 10 years and are spacious, pleasant and clean: bathrooms are particularly attractive and everything works. When arriving late with no booking and two teenagers, they found a large room with 5 beds in older part of hotel and when my visit clashed with a big wedding weekend, I had a room tucked away out the back but still comfortable and clean. I have favourite rooms in the old part and in the new. Free, secure parking, wifi, movie channels and breakfast are included in the tariff which is value for money. The best assets are the convenient location, proximity to the river park and 5 excellent restaurants in the area, plus the unique breakfast buffet, whatever room you have. The buffet, remembered from childhood, is still a classic bit of old-fashioned country hospitality. The current staff provide exceptional service and every visit is a pleasure.

Friendly staff at checkin, nice and cosy rooms, cleaning staff that I bumped into in one of the hallways where very polite, professional and had a sense of humour.
Looks like the bathrooms have been renovated recently, it was a nice touch to a lovely stay

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city centre. Rooms are totally furnished according to the
Top standards. All the facilities are available at the hotel like Bar, Gym , swimming pool etc. A huge variety of food is available at restaurants and bars at the door step. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!

I stayed overnight after attending a wedding reception at the hotel's Chandelier room. The hotel room was as expected; small, clean and comfortable. For the reception the function staff were helpful and polite, the table service was great, food was delicious and the room was set up beautifully. Overall I had no complaints and would definitely stay again.

My boyfriends mother stayed here and loved it. She is 85 and was traveling alone. They bent over backwards to help and guide her, the night manager even drove her to the bus station and made sure she got on ok. He then telephoned my friend to ask if she arrived in Adelaide ok. Above and beyond service. And, a suggestion to add non slip bath mats to the showers. 5/5. Would recommend to others.

I have stayed at the grand a few times and it has always been enjoyable and friendly. My recommendation though is to book one of the specials through their site as it can include their breakfast package that is worth while and gives you a room upgrade. The location is unbeatable when visiting mildura between the restaurant hub and the river, both on your doorstep.

Beautiful old hotel, fantastic history. Very comfortable rooms and excellent service. Perfect location in the heart of Mildura's 'Eat Street', Literally one minute's walk to numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, all on the one block! (You don't even need to leave the Hotel to get to the attached Pub - Bonus!)

I really enjoyed staying there. The experienece was second to none. They made us feel so welcomed by all staff in particular the porter luke was so accomidating towards us. We came up 2 weekends in a row both our arrival was after midnight. Not a problem in the slightest. Ended up talking with luke about the history of the building for quite a while verry insightfull. The breakfast buffet was fresh and beautifully set out with everything you would need for the upcoming day... will definitely be staying there again when visiting mildura. Hopefully when its not so cold to use the pools but the time we went is the only cold time mildura sees so thats not an issue.. overall cant recommend enough

My parents honeymooned here in 1948! Great to spend a night here. Enjoyed the pool and a meal at Stephano's on our way back to Adelaide.

Exquisite hotel, love the Mediterranean vibes.
Tranquility garden. Close to train station.
Great variety of restaurants surrounding hotel. Lovely tree lined strip.
Rooms were modern interior, very comfortable.
Staff were lovely.
