I got my wedding gown from Sposa last year. They were unmatched in terms of customer service and gown choice. I found my beautiful dress (a dress I didn't know I'd even like but purely tried on for the fabric) and trusted Marianna's guidance on sizing. I couldn't have done better! Being between sizes, it was stressful to pick the smaller option, but Marianna was spot on!! Marianna and the whole team were fantastic. Could not recommend The Sposa Group more!

Getting my gown from Sposa Group was such a delight! They made the entire experience so easy. They have a lot of different styles of gowns to try on and all the gowns were so well made. Jas assisted me the entire time and she is so wonderful! She’s the best hype girl and she made the exprience so memorable for me. Highly highly recommend. :)

The whole process with Sposa was absolutely seamless from trying-on, to alterations, to pick-up. None of the other bridal shop experiences I had when choosing my dress could even come close to comparing to the experience I had at this store. The moment I walked in the positive energy was infectious; I can absolutely tell just how much all of the beautiful ladies I dealt with genuinely love what they do. The range of amazing dresses, especially the ballgowns, was like nothing I’d ever seen. Brides, do yourself a favour and book an appointment at the Sposa Group Melbourne! The dresses are stunning and the service is second to none. I looked at about five dress boutiques but couldn't go past the quality and beauty of the dresses at Sposa. Mariana, Persia and the team helped me find my wedding dress, they made the experience so comfortable and special. I wasn't pressured to go above my budget or anything like that. and I also had alterations done there. The work was absolutely faultless, the dress fitted me like a glove. Everything was so efficient and timely as well, no stress about getting my dress on time. I received so many compliments on the stunning beading and lace detail at my wedding. Highly recommend!!

Marianna is an absolute angel who brought my wedding dress dreams to life. ❤ I could not be happier with the service that I received from the Sposa Group and the dress itself was absolutely perfect and the quality is second to none. I originally flew to Melbourne from Brisbane (where I live) to go wedding dress shopping with my mum. I had a store and dress in mind when traveling to Melbourne. I then stumbled across the Sposa Group on my last day in Melbourne and was greeted by the wonderful Marianna and Chelsea. I am the most indecisive person ever but Marianna was so patient and kind with me. She actually spent time with me (unlike other stores where you’re rushed out the door). She really got to know me and the style of dress I was after. After leaving the store I could not stop thinking about a particular dress that I had tried on. I decided to fly back again and Marianna spent more time with me, allowing me to fully customise a Demetrios wedding gown. I was sold! Since the initial appointment Marianna has spent countless hours with me either over the phone or in person or at alterations. She even came in on her day off! Btw the alterations team at Sposa were also amazing and worked tirelessly to ensure my gown fitted like a glove. In my time shopping for wedding dresses and also for friends wedding dresses, I’ve gone to 40+ bridal stores and there is no store like the Sposa Group. They just go above and beyond. I had a lovely experience picking out wedding dress at Sposa Group in Hawthorn. My sales assistant was very knowledgeable and really got me excited about my wedding day. I had my alterations done at Sposa group and they altered it to perfection. I was so happy with the result, my dress was everything I could imagine and then some. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I live in the area and have passed this store multiple times, during my bridal dress hunt, I never looked into this place originally due to the dresses in the window not being the style i was going for at all, but then I stumbled upon it online and saw the amazing reviews and decided to give the store a go as I wasn't having much luck elsewhere. And I am so glad I did!!! I had a wonderful experience, I was helped by multiple lovely consultants who together helped me find the shape, fabric and cut off my dream dress. I was blown away by the kindness and creativity and all for such an affordable price. I loved the bottom of one dress and the top of another and since they were the same designer they said they can custom make it for me! I'm getting a custom dress for such a great price and at a store I can't wait to go back too for my fittings!

The Sposa Group Melbourne were absolutely incredible and I would not have purchased my dress from anywhere else. For my fitting appointments, I was lucky enough to have Jaz. She made me feel so comfortable and I felt like I got to have my very own "Say Yes To The Dress" moment, with Jaz as my own personal hype woman. When I wanted to order sleeves, they found the ones I needed with no issues. For the alterations I had Leffy. She was so personable and professional and I couldn't leave without giving her a thank you hug. I felt like a vintage Hollywood movie star on my wedding day, and I couldn't have done without that beautiful gown! I don't have any professional photos just yet, but even these taken on my iphone speak volumes of how gorgeous the dress was!

I first walked into The Sposa Group in Hawthorn almost 2 years ago after having a couple of really bad and unprofessional experiences in a few bridal stores a few weeks prior ... My Mum had found a dress in their boutique online and as it was the last one left in the country they willingly put it on hold for me to come and try it on a few days later ! From the moment I started working with the ladies in the boutique my experience was tailored to meet my personality traits and was truely magical ! My dress was gorgeous but needed ALOT of alterations as I was way too small for it , not only did their talented seamstress significantly reduce the size of the dress whilst keeping all of its originality , but she made so many time consuming alterations by hand so that we could achieve my ultimate vision ! This was done with the utmost care and diligence ... I had my final fitting today and I am getting married in 9 days and I am so thankful that I chose to put my faith in this wonderful and extremely professional bridal boutique ! They were amazing from start to finish and I am an extremely difficult young woman to please , the fact that I didn't once feel the need to correct or tell any of the ladies off was a dream come true - I was actually told by the seamstress that I was so easy to work with (something I have never heard before) this is because their attention to detail and aim to please is beyond exceptional ! I highly recommend Sposa to all , especially young European woman like me who are seeking a classic yet over the top ball gown , with elegance that accentuates tiny waists ! The Sposa Group has a great range of stunning dresses to choose from considering all different types of bodies and budgets.
