Prana has been great over the past year! Great coaches. Super friendly and great community feel. A good mix of challenging and encouraging. I found their values to be a lot around having and maintaining an overall healthy wellbeing which is a nice change from a lot of gyms who focus a lot on weight loss or muscle gain. It breeds a good culture 😊. Would definitely recommend!

The team at Prana are tip top! The energy the coaches bring to their sessions gets you fired up to train hard! Their classes have amazing variety, highly recommend Prana xx

A welcoming gym for all ability levels filled with a strong sense of community, inclusiveness and variety in all of the classes! There are so many class styles and times to choose from to suit every occupation and their yoga is also incredible too!!! The coaches are dedicated to each individual that walks into every class and they are also funny, caring and so helpful!! Love the PRANA family and the incredible community they created

With in 12 months of joining Prana I managed to lose 18kg training twice a week, cutting down the alcohol intake during the week and eating better,
I really surprised myself!
The coaches at Prana are really supportive and positive and teach you the right techniques doesn't matter what level your at!
I have now been training for 20 months And easily maintaining my weight and still loving it!
I think it's because I didn't put too much pressure on myself and set a training schedule that was easily achievable and now it's part of my weekly routine and look forward to it!
By adding more protein to my diet especially straight after training I'm starting to see muscle gain, which is rewarding!
I'm feeling fitter and stronger than I have in years and now able to keep up with the kids,
I definitely feel as though I have wound back the clock!

Prana is a great place to work out. The coaches and the members are really welcoming and encouraging. Everyone is welcome there. The classes are fun and challenging. You are encouraged to push yourself and give 100% effort! I felt my fitness level and strength improve a lot.

There is a great community feel and everyone wants you to do well and improve, which helps you keep motivated.

Would highly recommend 😄

Ever since joining Prana, I have felt so welcomed and comfortable! It is not just a gym, but a family! The coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging and prioritise safety and correct lifting technique over competition or ego lifting. There are a broad range of classes to suit all different preferences from heavy lifts to yoga, and one on one training with the coaches is beyond compare! Such a great place to start or finish the day and put a smile on your dial! Deserves way more than 5 stars!

I trained at Prana for about 2 years and absolutely loved it! All the classes keep you guessing and are suited to every fitness type. The coaches are great at assessing your form when using weights which allowed me to be more comfortable attending weights classes as well as cardio. The members are super welcoming and it feels more like a family rather than a gym.

Prana has literally changed my life!! Never have I been excited to exercise before. The coaches and members are beyond friendly and make you feel comfortable no matter your level of fitness. It is like a family not a gym! Cant recommend Prana enough!

Been training at Prana for quite some time and can’t fault it. If you are looking to find a fun place to meet some pretty rad people Prana is your place. A home away from home where the people are warm and welcoming, the coaches bring crazy energy to the room and take the time to pass on the knowledge you need to take your training to whatever level you desire. Here you are supported by all no matter what fitness level you are, with so many different classes to love or hate ;) Come join us :)

I joined Prana just over 6months ago. I’ve always been a gym member but no other gyms compare. Prana teaches you correct technique which has made my injuries disappear. It’s helped me stay on track with my health goals. No strict restrictive challenges but sustainable goals are set and surpassed. My 1:1 PT with Helena helps me to stay accountable weekly and the chats we have are so important for my mental health. It’s like all members are one big team cheering each other on and celebrating goals. ♥ Prana

Prana is easily the best gym I have joined if your looking for group training. The Prana team are so welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a few injuries which they helped me overcome. If you need motivation in training then I highly recommend giving them a go. They take time in making sure you are doing the correct technique.
It is a very friendly atmosphere you will never feel intimidated by other gym members. The dance and rnb music also cranks. Then some chill out tunes during core class.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced lifter, Prana is the gym for you. A welcoming environment with experienced coaches to help you reach your goals. You can join a class or train in the open gym, with the optional guidance of a coach. The classes include lift, strength and conditioning, and my personal favourite, HIIT. The best part is the Prana community. You'll make life long friends that feel like family.

Prana is the most welcoming and friendly gym I have step foot in! After years of being at your typical ‘gym’, I was definitely nervous to join at Prana- best decision yet!!

Various classes all challenging but rewarding, the coaches have the best energy and positivity to push you to your best. Open hours are great for when not feeling like joining in to a class, plenty of space and equipment!
A gym community with a great vibe, where people sweat, laugh and chat- what more could you want?

Always something different 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Would highly recommend Prana to anyone! Waking up at 5am is no longer a struggle.

Prana is an awesome place, everybody that I met are very welcoming and friendly, great equipment and facilities. Coaches Jye, Coco and Darian are all super encouraging and helpful and are all about seeing everybody reach their full potential and reach their personal goals. Highly recommend for people looking to get fit and healthy while having a good time doing it.

Prana Athletica is a family friendly gym with highly trained staff.
The atmosphere of the gym is fun and passionate but most importantly caring. They have an awesome range of classes and are suitable to everyone.
if you are looking for a gym that when walk in you instantly feel like part of the family then this is the place for you.

Prana has been my gym/second home for a while now and I love every minute of it! The coaches are so welcoming, professional & passionate about what they do. My favourite class is airfit you'll definitely feel the burn 🔥 you will notice a change in how you look physically but most importantly, mentally aswell. Wouldn't recommend any other gym ❤

I had never joined a gym before. Prana was very welcoming and has a very friendly vibe. The coaches and small class sizes make it easy for a beginner to get started. I would highly recommend popping in and chatting to the coaches.

Prana is hands down the best gym I’ve been too, such a wide diverse of classes that are offered. The coaches are very supportive and put their heart and soul into every member! Such a positive and non judgemental environment! I highly recommend Prana 🙏🏼
