Officeworks Croydon

Great store for all your office, computer and stationary supplies. Recently used their online ordering with home delivery and it was an easy experience.
Website was simple to navigate, delivery was fast, inexpensive and product was delivered perfectly.

As a 70+ dithering lady I was so fortunate to be assisted by a young man, Joseph. I had purchased a new phone and was so overwhelmed with transferring data and setting up new phone. I also needed to buy a hard drive to back up my Mac. Joseph painstakingly took me through the steps explaining things

Went in the other day to collect a large print I ordered. Got to the counter and the girl let me know I can do printing like a click and collect order now and pick it up from the collection point at the front of the store - just show order paper or the message that said its ready. The two lines for orders and collecting are already a step up but this is a game changer. Those lines can get so long at the printing desk. Will be in and out so fast now.

Came in this evening to purchase a pair of speakers and an office chair, the store was well organised and easy to find things. The lady at the counter was very polite and cheerful, and immediately got someone to go help my mother with the chair, which was too heavy for us. The young man that helped was not only kind enough to carry it to the counter, he offered to carry it out to our car far in the parking lot!! Special kudos to Jared for that! We are very appreciative for the good service ☺☺

Ayush was really professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I came in with an enquiry regarding the Officeworks price beat and Ayush did not hesitate to help me find the best deal. I came in, got what I want, got it even cheaper than what I expected and left as a happy customer in less than 5minutes. 10/10

Was looking for a scrapbook and Matilda who was only new, went above and beyond to look for some even tho they weren’t on the shelf. Found them out the back and brought them out, can’t fault the service!

Went in early this arvo to get some stuff printed for work. When I arrived I saw they had a sign saying some things would be delayed because new printers were being installed. Was asked what I needed printed and the guy working told me it was all good to get my stuff printed. When I got to the front of the line. I was helped by a lovely girl, Jasmine I think her name was, and she was super sweet and helped me out!! I thought I’d have to come by later in the day to pick up my stuff but was told it would take 15 minutes - brilliant!! Couldn’t be happier with the result and the customer service was top notch :)

Great store, easy to get a park, always plenty of staff to help with any queries.

Low prices and price match is awesome!

The most recent review here states that the manager Lauren at the print and copy area took hours and could not make eye contact which I find ridiculous. I have been going to this Officeworks for many years and since this manager has been working here, things seem to be running alot smoother if anything! Seems like someone is holding a grudge.

I've been to this store for the first time to take a passport photo, and the customer service I received was above and beyond. The young lady responsible for this was friendly and tried to do her best to accomplish the best result. Quite happy with the experience I had at this store.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Lauren and Grace from the printing section!
I ordered 3x foam boards for my wedding and only 1 arrived from Melbourne 🫣 1 week before the wedding!!
(Usually it would take a while to find the other two that went missing they said)
Quick thinking Lauren and Grace printed two posters in store and stuck them onto the foam board for me. Beautiful Lauren even going to the effort of colouring in the black borders with a permanent marker to make it look perfect.

Needed some printing and binding done and the young guys' customer service was outstanding! Even busy, they went above and beyond to help me out! I’m always doing printing around Adelaide at different Officeworks and it’s not all the time that you have such nice staff serving you, so 5 starts for the guys at Croydon!

JD delivered top notch customer service. Carried heavy goods all the way to car and was incredibly patient and helpful. Much appreciated.

Really appreciate the help provided by Ayush and Peter at the Officeworks Croydon store. Went in not knowing exactly what was needed to set up a dual monitor + laptop home office space and both staff were able to guide us. Really appreciate that we weren't made to feel rushed or silly with our questions. Thanks.

We received some incredible customer service when looking for desk chairs to buy. Three different employees offered us help throughout our time there and we’re very patient with us! Thank you!

today we were served by a young lady named Imogen. this girl went above and beyond to help us today. Her patience, knowledge and customer service was impeccable. ask for her next time you go there. I'll be looking for her every time I go there 🙂

I have got to admit... I read the reviews about service and wait times and I was worried. However I arrived here at about 7:40am in the morning to get some prints done, and the service was fantastic and fast, staff were lovely and helpful. Was served by Imogen. Thanks!

Mabelle was an absolute legend!!
I needed to print something A1 but they were all booked out. However this staff member helped me in printing it.
She really did save me as I most likely would’ve failed if I did not print this out on time. Thank you!
