Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Great effective & efficient workouts, professional and warm trainers. Despite my comings and goings from this gym due to life circumstances, I always feel welcome back.

To me, the hardest part about exercising is turning it into a habit. I joined F45 on a whim without knowing much about the program at all, but it's been the best decision I've made for my fitness in a long time. Coming up a year I've been coming here it's safe to say I've formed a habit 🙂 The crew here are welcoming to newcomers and returning clients alike, and they really make you feel like you're part of a little family. They will push you when you need it, but never to the point it's unreasonable. Classes are varied, and there's always something new to have a go at. If you're contemplating giving F45 a go don't hesitate, just come along and you'll find you probably love it!
