Michaels Golden Hen

I really enjoyed my visit to Michael's Golden Hen today. The whole chicken I consumed post workout was exceedingly yummy and she gave me lots of extra chicken for free mid whole chicken consumption!

I'd definitely recommend Michaels Golden Hen for anyone desiring to consume chickens on a regular basis within the entire region, perhaps even nationally. The scalloped potatoes and vegetables were also scrumptious and well done to absolute divine perfection. I also felt the lady there was no nonsense and friendly. Definitely a 9 star experience. Thank you, I will return again soon to devour more chickens.

Hello, tried hamburger 🍔 with the lot fresh home made amazing $11:00 struggled to get through. And won't need tea. And the two ladies on today we're fantastic.

Always great food, the staff are young but professional and some still learning, be patient and you will have a great feed for little dosh

Organised a full pork roast for a 70th on Saturday .. OMFG (there are no other words) .. this was the best .. melt in the mouth .. crackling was to die for .. so many compliments (I wld have like to say I cooked it, but everyone wld have known I was lying)
$$ well spent and will definitely recommend and buy again.

Oh .. and their fish and chips are the best too

The roast chicken was bloody good! Probably the best I've had.

Best roast dinner I've had in years and that includes my own home made. The meat was tender and juicy and so yummo, I want to go back already! Need to try other things but I can't go past the roast dinner, I mean it's a good home made takeaway! And the scallop potatoes are OMG!

What a great place to buy a lunch. I can only really comment on how good the roast pork rolls are and the potato dish is. The rolls are great value. Well cooked pork that is moist. The staff are happy to put a bit of apple sauce and gravy on it as well as placing a bit of crackling, which is always crunchy. My wife and I have been there several times and never have been disappointed. Thanks guys and keep making those great rolls. The other meals look good too, will have to try something else soon🙂

Lovely lunch. Had pork, scalloped potatoes & gravy. Pork was lovely, spuds were ok but I'd rather a creamy sauce than just cheese through them. Just personal preference is all. Otherwise was quite enjoyed.

This is one of the best takeaway outlets ever. You can get a great meal and good conversation at the same time

I love this place. Get a roast meal every week. The young lady that serves me is lovely, and always knows what I want.

Always great service and excellent Food, best chips and roast rolls.

Greated by nice staff, i was amazed how quickly my fish and chips were cooked, it was a real good service, a great little waiting area inside, plenty of parking out the front. The Menu had plenty to choose from.
Thee flake was cooked to perfection, with dim Sims, chips and nuggets with what I had ordered. Michaels golden Hen is located in the heart of Moe amd i look forward to going back and trying out more of there food and what they have do offer 😀

The Food and The Service Is Great, The Staff Are Always Very Friendly & Helpful Roast Meals Are Absolutely Excellent Chickens and Salads are Always Fresh The Scallop Potato Big Favourite and The Greek Salad has to be the best In Moe.

Rost pork is the best i ever tasted and price is cheap. Staff are friendly owns are very nice.

delicious, delicious food what more can I say. just what we needed after a long and exhausting camp full of instant noodles.
luckily for us was open on labour day!
