After having a terrible experience the day before, with the receptionist refusing to open the door at Northside Clinic in Fitzroy North, Melbourne Pathology Reservoir was a welcome change. I came 20 minutes before closing time and, though the closed sign was up which was confusing (it's for the clinic only), they let me in and were happy to take my blood close to closing time. Both the receptionist and clinician were professional and friendly, both to me snd to my young daughter. Thanks for restoring my faith in the system!

The reviews aren't wrong. Minimal wait with a gentle, caring, professional and extremely efficient practitioner called Nella. Highly recommended.

Highly competent phlebotomist. Excellent people and communication skills. Would make a fantastic mentor/trainer for new nurses/phlebotomists.

It very disappointing in 45min only 3 patients she taken. It like worse services people come for fasting blood test. But they don’t care about. Please do not come if you don’t have time for waiting hours and hours. The lady who staff Is curly hair and short on hight. Never ever will be back. While our client behaviour concerns and autism. It not easy for them to wait and even I mentioned to her but very rude answer. I can mean I can slow. I take In people.

Not enough staff? Half hour to process one person in a queue of at least 10 - I give up and will go elsewhere!?!
