KFC Thornbury

Went there and the staff had a vibe. The music was cranking and the food was fresh.

As a 40 year old man with his family I wasn't expecting much but they delivered. Nothing missing from the order and my god the best chips KFC chips I've had in years.

Yep was worth the $20. 10 30am really fresh wikid wings. Perfect fresh chips I'll be back 😋 for sure. Well done kfc thornbury.

When you have a KFC craving this Thornbury local fine dining chicken establishment has got you covered! Recommend take away as there isn't a lot of room inside and is usually filled up with people collecting their orders anyway.

Was there yesterday night & I was served with politeness with a young lady & the young male was workingas fast as he can. Good hard working, service was fantastic. Didn't forget anything I added or requested. 👍

Most of my reviews are jokes and built off of gibberish but i promise you when i say "my friend and I dressed as wizards and they gave us free orange juice" i mean it. Lovely place

So happy that i have reserved a excellent service today ever I just bought a box of the wicked wings and drink at 3:25pm today. The KFC staff is very nice and clam with the lovely smile. The food was hot in fact a lot hotter then ive gotten at the nearby coburg store . The service was good and the staff were polite id eat there again .

Great service with friendly staff that are very efficient and happy to serve me. Each time I go there, I always have a great experience and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. I look forward to my next trip.

Good clean outlet on a busy intersection. Sufficient indoor seating plus some outdoor ones available. Quality was up to usual standard. Polite, efficient staff. Due to location aimed to pedestrians rather than drivers.

Order# 1376...I had my first online order experience today...everything went really well up until I arrived at the restaurant only to find out Hot n Spicy was sold out...but your awesome staff saved the night, he apologised and said in the nicest and professional calm voice "Can you wait 20 mins?" I was stoked!

I definitely did not expect such great customer service from a fast food chain! I can honestly say your staff has provided excellence customer service to compare with most hipster places around Brunswick. Thank you again! Keep up the good work...I really appreciate your effort.

They were not that busy and loved the location. Lady on the Customer service was very helpful.
I would definitely visit this store soon again. Nice small Parking lots with disability access entrance as well. 💥

Came in for the first time the other night,

A guy named Zac served me on drivethru and was overly friendly and kind as he explained the menu quick and thoroughly.

Food was great!

I am a regular customer of this kfc.

I am often served by a team member who I have recently found outs name is Zac.

Every time I come in Zac takes my order with genuine kindness and care.
He will always take his time to carefully explain the menu to me

This is probably the only KFC where they will give you Zinger fillets instead of original recipe fillets. So many other KFCs will give to Original fillets even when you mentioned them that you have order Zinger fillets. The moment you enter the shop and someone will ask you immediately about your order, Toilet always clean

Fantastic only issue would be more moist towels for the beautiful chicken they cook..
