Caught up with Henri just before Christmas while it was a tad quiet. 10/10 best service I've received, the knowledge from the kegland team is hands down the best. Also giving plenty of over the phone support/advice when needed. As a beginner I had no idea what I was up against. And since then I've done 5 brews. The click & collect system is world class and soooooo easy. All product pricing is spot on, no need to look elsewhere. Thanks again crew, Mick

Customer service is excellent. Staff are friendly, helpful, and I have also observed excellent teamwork. They also seem to really know their products, which is always a good sign.

They don't have any sort of point of sale set-up. Instead, all orders must be placed via their website. However, they do make a couple of computers available to aid customers with ordering while in store, or you can use your phone's web browser so it really isn't an inconvenience.

Don't expect a cluttered shop with loads of aisles to wander through. Their customer service is right next to their warehouse, and they have some of their equipment on display, but you won't be able to load your arms up with stuff. Then again, you really don't need to because their system is very efficient. I've sent in an order at 8pm and received an email only 45 minutes later telling me the order is ready to collect, and if you place an order in store, it's possible to get things more immediately.

You can get your orders sent express, but also have the option to collect at any time, day or night, because they have a large number of collection lockers that they place your order in if you decide you'd rather collect, and this is all kept behind a secure door.ĺ

Excellent selection of equipment, and they usually appear to have most things in stock. They also have a fantastic list of ingredients for those of us who like brewing the hard... I mean creative... way!! Yet you can also get fresh worts, adjuncts, and basically all the trimmings.

What really impresses me though, is that they continually refine their products. If something isn't quite right, they will put in the work to develop a better version. Everything is of the highest quality, yet still priced so that it won't break the bank. They also seem to keep pushing the boundaries to simplify everything, and make it a easy as possible to make beverages at home, making it much easier for beginners to make a start, as well as us old timers who just want to make it easy to repeat what we did last time.

I'm definitely a convert. Keep up the amazing effort!!

Had some issues with Kegerator and Oscar was absolutely fantastic in helping to try and resolve. Unfortunately id did not fix the problem but we did not hesitate in purchasing a new Kegerator from Kegland. Keep up the awesome work.

One of the best companies in Australia to deal with. Everything is well thought through from packaging to the finest details of their products. The prices are very competitive and I like how they try and help you save money instead of pushing more expensive products. Everything about how it operates including quick shippng is excellent and I now dont look elsewhere. Have purchased a Kegerator series X 4 tap, kegs, then read the manual and purchased the mini gas regulators and board + line organisers, then saw the digital gauges and glasses and started another big wish list, not many business's get me to do this as they put 200to500% mark up on everything.. So if starting or getting back into brewing etc cant get better than Kegland.

KegLand, where brew dreams come true. The prices were so low, i didn't need my wallet and the service was faster than a caffeinated hare.

All my questions were answered fast, demonstrating fantastic knowledge of all products, even those elsewhere on the market.

Very happy with my Keggerator, the best keg fridge in Australia. Even learnt how to adapt it for wine, cocktails, sodas...

Don't look anywhere else for equipment or advice.

I'm new to the Brewing world, and have ordered 3 times from Kegland. They have some of the best prices for good quality products. I just finished my Third Order last night and accidentally selected pick up instead of delivery.. I sent through an email and they sorted me out real quick, sent me a link to pay for delivery.
