Food made me happy dance!! Everything was fresh, delicious and well presented. We ordered lunch, desert and shiha. The location is absolutely beautiful and so was the atmosphere. I liked how the music was not too loud. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back again. We were so well looked after by the staff.

Food was spectacular we got banquet for 5 people (very authentic Syrian and middle eastern food) and the service was amazing the staff were so friendly and accommodating (the chef even came out to make sure everything tastes good). Great vibe and value for money. Fast service too. I would definitely recommend! View is amazing on the docklands waterfront which made it even better!

Great service and delicious food. Thank you chef for the complimentary fries and hummus. The cheese and meat cigars were so yummy it was my favourite, followed by the chicken skewer. I don’t usually like Baclava but I liked this one. Definitely recommend visiting Karizma

I recently had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. Everything was superb, and the Mansaf was absolutely delicious! The tender lamb, fragrant rice, and creamy yogurt sauce created a perfect harmony of flavors. The staff provided excellent service, and the ambiance was delightful. Highly recommended for authentic Arabic cuisine lovers!

Food was amazing. Had the mixed grill (9 skewers) to share between two and got extra rice next to it. Also had their salad. Very accommodating restaurant and great team. Got the shisha right after 👌🏼👌🏼

Must try the dips before getting into mains

First time coming to this place! I loved it. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was so chill! The argileh was also good, and someone checked the coal every 10 minutes! The live arabic singer/ band was nice too. Prices are average, nothing over the top. Would highly recommend! Thanks guys

I have traveled to many places around the world where I tried many type of middle eastern food but I can say with confidence this is the best so far, unbelievable quality, taste and service. Please if you’re around Melbourne do stop by you will never regret it.

Right on the water, this place serves high quality middle eastern cuisine. Can definitely recommend the meat skewers which are nicely presented on a firey rack.
Note they don't serve alcohol so go for the food

A wonderful view, great shisha and hospitality!

The staff at Karizma were very welcoming, offering us tea and sweets alongside the shisha we got.

The Grape Mint shisha we ordered was of high quality and coal was renewed whenever we needed.

Shoutout to the owner of the place who is very keen on bringing a fresh vibe to Docklands!

The food was absolutely beautiful. So fresh, and super tasty. My taste buds were literally dancing! The presentation is incredible, my children were so amazed 😍 When you find a super clean restaurant that also has amazingly tasty food and such friendly customer service you know you are winning. AMAZING!!!! We had the full banquet and every single dish was incredible. Flavours were absolutely delicious. The manager, Rami, was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to make sure everything was perfect. I absolutely recommend. Best Lebanese food I have ever tasted. The banquet is such good value. We rolled out of the restaurant.

We went looking for somewhere nice close to our hotel and it looked inviting, but not so busy (Sunday night) that we'd be rushed. We ordered the banquet, and it was terrific. We requested a substitution, and this was made with no fuss. By the time our waiter had finished bringing out all the dishes, our table was covered. The banquet was supposed to feed 2 people, but it could definitely have fed more. The value for money was amazing, and the food was fresh, plentiful, and delicious.
10/10 would recommend that people try this place, and I will be coming back. This restaurant is such a good find.

Amazing experience. The food was exceptional, so fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The watermelon juice was the best. We finished off our dinner with a Shisha and it was at a high standard also great value. Couldn’t leave until we took some yummy sweets home. Definitely be back. Highly recommend.

As soon as we walked inside it smelled amazing fresh and clean. We all ordered different dishes so we can try more, and everything we ordered was delicious. After we finished my husband eent to pay, we were going to leave but they said to him wait. They served us baklava and oriental sweets and coffee on the house. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something different and delicious.

The absolute best experience my family and friends have had at a restaurant in a very long time. The Management team were friendly and accommodating to our requests, nothing was too difficult! Unlike most establishments these days we were surprised that even the waitresses were smiling, happy, polite and prompt. Simply put, the manager (Rami) who although was super busy went out of his way to introduce himself and ask if everything was up to our standard. This establishment is running a seamless operation that fits in with Melbourne’s reputation for fine food experiences. We look forward to returning very soon.
