Regal Sleep Camberwell

I got my king size bed and mattress from here about 3 years ago. It’s very comfortable and the customer service was great too. The rep recommended me the right type of mattress for my situation. Thanks.

We purchased an Exquisite Firm King Mattress today along with base and bedhead from Charlie at Regal Camberwell.

We have been looking to upgrade to a king size bed and Regal Camberwell was the first bed store we visited. Charlie was such an honest, open and clear source of information that we didn't even end up going to another bed store. We purchased today and will without doubt be repeat customers at The Camberwell store.

We bought a bed for my Mum's unit and were so impressed we came back and bought another for us 6 weeks later! Inone was friendly and informative without being pushy and gave us a great deal. Delivery and set-up all went smoothly with great communication from Inone and driver Terry. Also great to support an Australian company manufacturing locally with an industry-leading 365 day mattress swap if not satisfied. Will certainly recommend to others.

Outstanding store experience. Today I was helped by Emily, she was very informative and knew the store and products inside and out! She referred me to the perfect new mattress and went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was easy as possible. Highly recommend Regal to any of my family and friends!

Bridget was our sales assistant and gave us undivided attention. She has two years experience with Regal and understood our needs. Their staff are trained about the attributes of each bed in their range and about which beds ease back and shoulder pain which my husband and I experience. We were not pressured to buy, but impressed with her knowledge. That was the selling point along with the comfort and choice in their 'Resort' line. In the end we selected the Noosa mattress but it was hard choice between that and the Exquisite mattress. Delivery is within four business days. We try to buy Australian and this was why we started at Regal where the sales prices were excellent. Bridget was authentic and sincere. She's an asset to her profession. Eileen, aged 53.

Service and knowledge was on point both sales assistants were very helpful. Would highly recommend this store. Looking forward to getting our new mattress.

Excellent product and service at Regal Sleep Solutions in Camberwell! Inone, the Store Manager in Camberwell was absolutely fantastic. She was a delight to deal with - helpful, knowledgeable and professional and gave us all the information without being pushy, giving us time to try out what suited us best. In the end we purchased the HEALTHY LIFE PRECISION (FIRM), the best mattress available, and we absolutely love this mattress - very supportive and comfortable. Inone ensured I got my delivery as soon as possible, she really followed through with great service, for which I am grateful. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality mattress in a range of different budgets. Thank you Inone and team!!

I am absolutely delighted with the customer service from Inone the Store Manager at the Camberwell Store. She went out of her way to help me with a special delivery. Another staff member, Bronte, was incredibly helpful.

Came in the other day to have a look around at matresses as I'm planning to move into my first property shortly. Was greeted by an incredibly enthusiastic young woman by the name of Emily - shopping for mattresses isn't exactly a passion of mine, but boy did she make it interesting. She was so knowledgeable of the products, and was just incredibly easy to talk to. She answered every question I had with passion and enthusiasm. I left with so much knowledge, and will be returning shortly to purchase one of the products Emily recommended. The girl needs a pay rise or something, because she is genuinely one of the friendliest and helpful sales reps I have ever encountered! Good work Regal, for training your staff so well. Please let her efforts be recognised.

Great store. Charlie and Bridget were wonderful with us, they were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Finally I found the perfect pillow and prices were very good. I'll definitely go back. I recommend it to everyone!!!!

Went into the newly opened store in camberwell and spoke with Bridgette I think that was her name. Brilliant service and knowledgeable about the products. Great prices and in the not too distant future I'll be purchasing off these guys. 5 star service and really friendly as well. Pricing is very competitive!!!
