Incredibly friendly, approachable and welcoming admin staff.
Dr Merna was sensational, she listened, asked relevant questions and understood exactly what I needed.

I was also able to get a next day appointment which was bulk billed, something quite hard to find in the area now.

The practice was also incredibly clean, newly renovated with excellent parking to the rear of the building.

My first time visiting a doctors clinic in a long time. I was recommended to attend this clinic by a family member.
The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The doctor was great also. Thorough and attentive.
Very happy.

I have taken my granddaughters here on several occasions. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at the clinic. Each doctor has been super kind and patient, along with accurate diagnosis. Reception has squeezed us in when the girls are sick enough to need immediate attention.

Very impressed with this clinic .First time patient 18/10/23. Staff very friendly and helpful. A very busy clinic but it all seemed to flow very well. Much bigger inside to what I was expecting and all other patients I noticed either smiled or said hi. Would definitely recommend if you are planning g on living or do live in the area.

Ashby Street Medical Centre is very conveniently open 7 days a week which makes life a lot easier for people like myself who work. Pleasant atmosphere and Dr Sandhu was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Sadly though I found out she was leaving in the next week which is a shame. Would recommend this Medical centre.

Come to this doctors whenever I need it, so does family and friends. They’re so friendly and helpful, my partner went and saw Dr Kushan Khan who was extremely thorough, engaged, friendly and helpful. Which I’ve found with every Dr here including the nurses. Thankyou for your service everyone. :)

From the admin team, to nurses and all the doctors everyone is amazing, considerate and more than willing to accommodate all patients to provide them care, even if it takes some shuffling around. You don’t find that willingness to help easily these days. We really appreciate our small town clinic.

Arrived for my appointment 5 mins early.Seen the Doctor about 10 mins later.The Doctor and receptionists were very professional and friendly.Highly recommended.Hopefully don't have to go very often but wouldn't hesitate in going back.

AS it was my first time at the Ashby street medical centre I fund the staff very helpful and friendly . and my doctor was easy to talk to and explained everything to me I will continue.to go there I am
very happy with the service .

My husband and I found the staff very helpful and the doctor and nurse were both very nice and made us feel very comfortable - we would recommend this medical centre to anyone needing medical attention

I have been at Ashby Street almost since they opened. I started seeing Dr Sandhu straight away, and when I started with her I was on a cocktail of medications, 12 months later I was off all of them and lost over 13 kgs and got to my ideal weight. I now see Dr Khan, and he too is a very caring GP. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Oh and friendly staff too.

Dr Ahdy Girgis was excellent. He took blood pressure and oxygen readings, and asked many questions before prescribing drugs. I felt very comfortable with him.

Being a first time patient I found the reception staff very friendly & helpful ,I only had to wait 5 minutes to see the doctor . Dr Mirna Mostokly was so nice . Would highly recommend this clinic.

My 4yo has been sick for almost a week. With a bad chest cough. Which the Dr listened to all my worries and what was going on. He was so helpful and i as a mother left happy knowing he had done everything he could to help her get start feeling better. Was a new doctor but was very happy with him and the Ashby team

Dr Sandhu may just be the nicest GP I have met and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. I feel Ive found my local clinic after moving from Melbourne and having trouble choosing the right fit.

Well the Dr seems mire mature and up front honest compared to our past experiences in the OTHER Traf centre that cater to the klicky townsfolk only of late
