The staff were very kind, non-judgemental and explained everything clearly and confidentially. The medication was affordable and quick to get. I cannot stress how welcoming and caring they were, 10/10 would recommend

Today was the first time I was at a Guardian Pharmacy. I was impressed with how many staff were on in such a small suburb and quite time. All staff were neatly presentable and were very friendly. Most of the prices are great and not too expensive. I did struggle to find parking at the front main entrance which can be annoying if it's raining. It was great however that their is a car parking lot at the back of the store and that their is also a back entrance into the pharmacy.

Went to get a script made up. Took about 80 minutes waiting waiting. Finally got the medicine. Gave me it all. Said we don't have this one but this is the same. ?????????
Should have sold me eye ointment but instead sold me liquid tears. Eye very painful. Rang doctor next day. Doctor wasn't happy with what the chemist did. Sent script to my phone. Went to another chemist and bought it. What a difference. Eye was much better. I am onto happy with Trafalgar chemist. Minus 10 stars. Gave one because I can't give any less. Wasn't a mistake. Deliberate.
