Out 4 Thai

I ordered the soft shell crab and it was AMAZING! As you can tell from the photo they weren’t shy on the amount of crab. The sauce tasted unreal. The waitstaff are so lovely. Lots of street parking outside the restaurant as well as the undercover parking around the corner.

Food was delicious and if I could give half stars I’d improve service and ambience to 4.5 each. I will be back to explore the menu further

My dad & I ordered the red curry veg & tofu, & veggie pud thai over the phone. Our order was ready within 15 mins & the waitress was very friendly & hospitable.

This is my second time trying Out for Thai. Their food is exceptional! A friend came over & shared the 2 dishes with us & it was plenty for 3 people. We all could not stop talking about how yummy the food was! 😋 The dishes are affordable (we spent $40ish for 3 people) & I can’t wait to try more of their food!

Out 4 Thai is cozy BYO wine only, local restauran, we are returning to, with family and friends. Restaurant hospitable and caring owner has always left us with good impressions so, it was the same on this occasion where we have ordered banquet. Delicious and descent  size dishes, good wine list and lovely dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

They are very accommodating and very nice. Food is very yummy! Table service could be better in terms of bringing the food all at the same time and checking to see all is well. Other than that, lovely people and very tasty food.

Best authentic Thai food & service around! The chef made me a special dish that was gluten free and it was AMAZING! Can not wait to go back there & have always recommended to friends!

This gorgeous restaurant has become our new local! Such delightful, welcoming staff and a serene ambience. The food is exquisite and so inexpensive. We’ve only discovered Out 4 Thai recently and only visited twice, but the warm welcome we received each time made us feel like well known regulars. We highly recommend this Cheltenham gem!

Medium Thai restaurant with pretty good selection of dishes. Highly recommend of Massaman lamb, Pla Jian and satay chicken. I am obsessed with Massaman lamb. It was amazingly flavorful and thick.Everything tasted so authentic and portion was good.

The food here was extremely delicious. The curry was immaculate and had one of the best flavour I have ever tasted. Everything was perfect the customer service, the food, how the place was set up, the takeaways and just so much more. Everything was just so amazing, I would definitely recommend to come here. One of the best restaurants in melbourne. Would come here again.

Every dish we had was super tasty. The flavours were well-balanced, not too sweet like you sometimes get with Thai food. Highlights were the tom yum and the fried fish fillets with chilli sauce. Tons of gluten-free options and the owner is lovely. A great night out!

Such a lovely place with great food and amazing staff. They can get really busy at times but you don't have to wait long for the food. It's delicious! I especially love the massaman curry (chicken). They are also amazing with food preferences/dietary requirements.

FOOD IS AMAZING! Best pad thai, in the world I think. Sam and his girlfriend are just so lovely! We have been going and getting Thai from this family since they had a restaurant in Hampton (around 20 years). They have the best pad thai and green curry and also are just so friendly. His son is also a great cook and always comes to greet us! Thanks Sam, my whole family love 'Out for Thai'

I have been coming here a few times with my friends. we really liked the setting, warm atmosphere and the service was great. I love the "Nam Sod Salad" it is delicious and great price! we will defiantly be coming back!
